AquaCast® Is a family of Urethane Elastomer two component Systems: Hardnesses from 10 Shore A to 85 Shore D available with Colorants, UV Inhibitors, Anti-Oxidants, and other additives variable gel times, variable working times.

AR Talc series is sub-microns particle size platy talc with a high surface area & High Aspect Ratio to provide excellent barrier properties. During injection molding, these talcs act as ideal reinforcing fillers which provide greater stiffness & impact strength better dimensional stability. It is compatible with all Thermoplastics & Thermosets.

NORYL GTX blends polyamide (PA) and modified polyphenylene ether polymer (PPE) technology. It combines the dimensional stability, low water absorption and heat resistance of PPE polymer with the chemical resistance and flow of PA polymer. The result is an extremely chemically resistant material with the stiffness, impact resistance and heat performance required for on-line painting. The low density of unfilled NORYL GTX resin can provide part-weight savings of up to 25% over glass or mineral filled resins.

NITRILATEX is an extensive line of latex with different compositions specifically developed for application in the cord impregnation, rug and carpet backings, and the manufacturing of synthetic and natural fiber agglomerates, supported and unsupported gloves, non-fabric coatings, among others.

SYNTHETIC RUBBER MCSM® is a modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, its airtightness is equivalent to halogenated butyl rubber, oil resistance is better than nitrile rubber, and has excellent aging resistance and high temperature resistance, and various types of rubber Olefin rubber has excellent compatibility. Mainly used for tire sealing layer and rubber products such as oil resistance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance. When used in tire sealing layer, it can be substituted for bromobutyl rubber. Due to its slow curing speed, it is generally recommended to replace 5-10 parts. The combined use of modified chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber can significantly improve the processing performance of the rubber material and increase the air tightness of the rubber material.

Thanecure Grades Used For Vulcanization Of Millable Urethane Rubbers. They include Thanecure ZM and Thanecure T9 SuperFine (T9SF).
