FloraRez® HR is gum rosin that has been subjected to a high degree of hydrogenation. This results in a nearly colorless thermoplastic resin that has excellent thermal and oxidative stability characteristics, which are a result of the hydrogenation process. Compared to unmodified gum, wood, and tall oil rosins, FloraRez® HR offers the highest degree of color and solubility stability for its derivative products.

FloraRez® 485 is a high-quality glycerol ester derived from partially hydrogenated gum rosin that has undergone purification to ensure exceptional taste and odor characteristics. It is meticulously protected from contaminants. This pale-colored thermoplastic resin possesses a low acid number. In numerous countries, it is considered suitable for incorporation into chewing gum bases as an ingredient. Additionally, it serves as a resin component in a wide range of applications, including adhesives, inks, coatings, and personal care formulations, where oxidative stability is needed.

FloraRez® 785 is a glycerol ester derived from highly hydrogenated gum rosin. This thermoplastic resin exhibits a very pale color and demonstrates remarkable resistance to oxidation and color degradation. It serves as a valuable tackifying resin component in diverse applications such as adhesives, inks, coatings, and personal care formulations, particularly in scenarios where oxidative stability is essential.

FloraRez® LRL liquid resin is the methyl ester of partially hydrogenated gum rosin. It is a transparent, clear to pale yellow, tacky, viscous liquid that has been specially processed to minimize product odor. FloraRez® LRL is commonly used to plasticize, add tack to, or modify the properties of a variety of formulations. In fragrance compounds, it is used as a diluent, carrier, and fixative.

FloraRez® G85 is the glycerol ester of gum rosin, which is also known as ester gum. It is a pale-colored thermoplastic resin that has a low odor and low acid number. FloraRez® G85 is commonly used as a resin component in various adhesives, inks, coatings, and personal care compositions.

FloraRez® PR is gum rosin that has undergone partial hydrogenation. It is a pale-colored resin with excellent thermal and oxidative stability characteristics due to the hydrogenation process. Compared to unmodified gum, wood, and tall oil rosins, it offers a higher degree of color and solubility stability for the derivative products produced from it.

Mediaplast PM is a synthetic aromatic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene (bi- and trialkylated aro-matics), which is mainly recommended for the use in elastomers with low to medium polarity, i. e. NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M for example, but also CR, CM/CSM, EVA and PNR. Especially in polychloro-prene the often used, expensive ester plasticizers can be replaced completely.

Mediaplast PS-1 is a synthetic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene, which is mainly recommended for the use in elastomers with low to medium polarity, e. g. NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M, but also CR, CM/CSM, EVA and PNR.

Addiflam® SR10 can be applied by padding, various coating systems (instable, crushed stable foam, paste, kiss roll, lamination) either supplied as a ready-to-use compound or as an additive (powder, dispersions, emulsions, slurries) for self-compounding purposes. Cost effective tailor made solutions are available upon end use, manufacturing options and level of durability required.

ULTRA-FLEX™ AS is an antistatic plasticiser, designed to reduce the surface resistivity of rubber compounds. The application is predominantly in mineral filled systems where, as opposed to carbon black filled, conductivity is very low. Depending on formulation, surface resistivity of 1 x 107 Ω can be achieved. ULTRA-FLEX™ AS starts solidifying below 250 C. Once solidified the material has just to be warmed up to above 250. The solidifying process is 100% reversible.

Mediaplast PX-2 is a semi-synthetic plasticizer based on long-chain hydrocarbons with paraffinic character. It is recommended to use in elastomers with low polarity, e. g. NR, IIR, BR, SBR and EPDM.

Kettlitz-Mediaplast NB-7 is a special diisononyl dicarboxylic acid ester which can replace existing phthalate plasticizers in compounds based on polar rubbers like NBR, HNBR, CR, ACM, VAMAC etc. Mediaplast NB-7 shows minor volatility at an extremely low setting point. Therefore this plasticizer is suitable to produce rubber articles with high heat resistance and excellent low temperature propertiesas well.

Mediaplast NB-4 is a special adipine acid plasticizer at an exceptionally reasonable price for the use in polar polymers like NBR, H- and XNBR, CM / CSM, CR, ECO, etc. Mediaplast NB-4 is, due to its relatively low volatility and also because of its extremely low setting point, suitable for heat-resistant as well as cold flexible rubber articles (see technical data).

Shandong Yuanli Science and Technology Dibutyl Phthalate(DBP) is mainly used in PVC field as plasticizer, also used as softener in nitro-cotton synthetic rubber, cellulose acetate leather chemical paint and other synthetic materials.

Kemai Chemical RUBBER PLASTICIZER A is a plasticizer of natural rubber, isoprene rubber and other synthetic rubbers, it has the function for delaying curing, shortening milling time and improving the material's fluidity.

Puyang Changyu Petroleum Resins MBTS(DM) Powder has medium curing rate in NR and SR; suitable for most general rubbers; Used as plasticizer and delay agent in chloroprene rubber. It is usually used together with secondary accelerator in the synthesis of polymers; has better scorch safety than MBT.

Mediaplast 650 A is a synthetic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene (bi- and trialkylated aromatics), which is especially recommended for the use in elastomers with low polarity like NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M, etc. The compatibility with rubber compounds containing strong polar elastomers, like nitrile rubber for example, is low.
