KRONOClean® 7050 is a photocatalyst designed for use in conjunction with UV radiation. It is suitable for eliminating unwanted odors such as vehicle emissions and soiling on surfaces from substances like soot; for air purification from organic compounds such as nitrogen oxides, sulfoxides and chlorinated hydrocarbons; and for improving air quality in conjunction with plastic films, window profiles, paints, fibers and other building materials.

Akryvil® WSA 5421 is a Styrene-acrylic dispersion used for Decorative, Primer for Interior and Exterior paints. It has dispersions of acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl acrylic copolymers are high-quality products. Their production process is based on various parameters such as dry matter content, viscosity, average particle size, vitrification temperature or minimum film formation temperature. This allows us to supply raw materials perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations.

Sil-cell® 43 has been found to be cost effective in the manufacturing of joint compounds, adhesives, auto body putty, cultured marble, wall patching compounds, stucco, ready mix gypsum plasters, resins, plastics and a variety of other composites. It can also be treated with unique proprietary surface coatings to modify the particle’s surface. In both organic and inorganic composites, these coupling agents improve adhesion.

Iparsol 90 (iso-Heptane) is a special boiling point product, mixture of paraffinic and naphthenic hydrocarbons with a very low aromatic content, typical value max. 50 ppm. By using suitable raw materials and hydrogenation processes, we are able to produce this product with only a mild odor. By varying the naphtenic content we can adjust the solvating properties.

Kel-Crete Premium Super Dry Admixture is a non-toxic admixture that is blended to provide water reducing, plasticizing, air entraining and gelling functions for the manufacture of pre-blended products for the plaster, masonry, shotcrete, concrete, etcetera industries. Normally the recommended amount to use is one ounce by weight per 100 pounds of portland cement/fly ash products. It meets EPA Leeds and Carbon Footprinting standards.

TAFIGEL PUR 52 is a low viscous, solvent-free associative thickener which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 52 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further technology thickeners. TAFIGEL PUR 52 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anti-corrosive paints, emulsion plasters, adhesives and putties.

EFA Chemie Defoamer 1800 is a product based on renewable raw materials. The product is excellent for matt, satin, water-based paints, water-based decorative paints, synthetic latex, organo-silicate based plasters and water-based adhesives. Defoamer 1800 retains its antifoam properties even after the finished paint has been stored for a long time. Defoamer 1800 is a mixture of hydrophobic components and natural oils.

Akryvil® WSA 4512 is a Styrene-acrylic dispersion used for Decorative, Primer, Silicate, and Silicone Paints. It is dedicated to the production of two-component polyurethane products and one-component acrylic enamels and paints. Compared to conventional alkyds, they feature better resistance and decorative properties. Their production is based on an optimized recipe, which allows us to obtain products with a high-performance quality, perfectly adapted to the needs and expectations.

Berolan LP-W1 is a high-performance air-entraining (sodium lauryl sulfate) agent in powder formand an excellent wetting and plasticizing agent for mortar and plasters. Berolan LP-W1 is an excellent foaming agent and plasticizer for the manufacture of ready-to-use plasters, mortar compounds, and filling compounds containing gypsum, lime or cement. Berolan LP-W1 effects the formation of particularly fine, stable air bubbles, thereby condsiderably improving the general performance of resistance, water retention as well frost stability. Tendency towards contraction and crack formation is also reduced as is wear and tear to mixing apparatus and conveyors. Due to its surface active character, Berolan LP-W1 additionally promotes wetting of binders and other ingredients, thus entailing a swifter wetting and dispersion and reducing the tendency towards aggregation during mixing. The necessary quantity depends on the desired effect but generally lies between 0.005 – 0.1 %, calculated on the dry mix. In the majority of cases 0,01% proves sufficient to obtain adequate aeration. The equipment available must also be taken into account, where batch operated mixers generally feed more air into the mortar. CE-Nr.: 1139-CPD-0802/09

Berolan LP 80 is a strongly surface-active air-entraining admixture and plasticizer. It is used as an air-entrainer for various cement-based systems, specially qualified for renovation render. Berolan LP-80 may be added as delivered. The required dosage may vary over a wide range (0.05 to 0.5 %) and should therefore be evaluated in suitable tests. For first trials we recommend 0.2 % Berolan LP 80 referred to dry substrate.

FENOL KIMYA Magnesium Stearate is a non-toxic stabilizer and tooth lubricant in the production of PVC profiles.

CoatMasters® 2007R is an advanced low VOC formulation designed for use as a breathable “reactive” penetrating sealer, primarily used to prevent and reduce chloride absorption and acts as a chloride screen. An effective water repellant for treating various types of masonry surfaces and reduction of efflorescence. This waterbased sealer is made up of advanced oligomeric alkyl-alkoxysilane based emulsion mixtures suitable for use on various grades of alkaline mineral substrates, ideal for treating porous building materials (i.e. horizontal and vertical) on various surfaces of newly constructed, rehabilitated, or restored conditions CM2007R is approved for use by DOT’s for treating reinforced concrete bridge structures, post-tension design concrete within and nearby ocean where carrying air-salt moisture is expected. The treatment of coating on high elevation is highly recommended and can be coated and painted over by other waterbased architectural finishes. CM 2007R provides long lasting protection against other anion and cation salts, and resistance to staining and/or color deterioration. The product will naturally protect color, and continuously provide a breathable porous substrate. The product can be applied on precast concrete, clay roof tiles, exterior plaster, calcium silicate brick, light concrete, natural stone, clay brick, and terracotta. Additional benefits include excellent water repellency, minimized spalling, and low odor, enabling ease of application by brush, roll, flow, and/or spray.

MAILOSE™ MP 100K is hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether (HPMC) with high viscosity. Could be soluble in cold water to form a transparent solution. Widely used in dry mix mortar industry.
