Acronal® A 378 is employed in the production of adhesives tailored for flexible floorings. Acronal® A 378 facilitates the formulation of adhesives using a resin solution and supports the production of adhesives with resin melt. Notably, it excels in the creation of very low-emission adhesives, meeting the stringent requirements of EMICODE® EC1+ and the Blue Angel (DE-UZ-113).

Acronal® V 278 is an aqueous dispersion designed for the production of high-quality sealants with a broad adhesion range. Formulated based on an acrylic ester copolymer that includes acrylonitrile, this liquid dispersion is manufactured without the use of APEO. Primarily utilized as a binder in the manufacturing of dispersion-based sealants, products formulated with Acronal® V 278 stand out for their exceptional resilience and flexibility, especially at low temperatures. This versatile dispersion extends its application to the manufacturing of adhesives for floor and wall coverings, such as carpets and PVC. These adhesives, featuring a high initial tack, establish a remarkably heat-resistant bond.

VINNOL® E 15/45 is a copolymer composed of approximately 85 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. In the realm of adhesives and sealants, incorporating GENIOSIL® GF 80 enhances adhesion to the substrate and improves mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity.

VINNOL® E 18/38 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 82 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 18 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It is primarily utilized as a binder in printing inks and surface coating compounds. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNOL® E 15/45 M is a carboxylate-containing terpolymer consisting of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It functions primarily as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® EAF 67 is a plasticizer-free, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylate. VINNAPAS® EAF 67 is especially suitable as a raw material to manufacture floor covering adhesives, especially for carpets and PVC floor coverings. VINNAPAS® EAF 67 can also be used for the production of pressure-sensitive adhesives, such as self-adhesive tapes, films, labels, sound insulation mats, and heat insulation mats. VINNAPAS® EAF 67 may additionally be used as an adhesion promoter in adhesive formulations.

VINNOL® E 22/48 A is a copolymer composed of approximately 75 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 25 wt.% carbon acid esters with hydroxyl functionality. It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® E 22/48 A undergoes film formation as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNAPAS® EF 8860 is an aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. This dispersion is specifically formulated to be plasticizer-free. VINNAPAS® EF 8860 demonstrates excellent cohesion and adhesion properties, even at elevated temperatures. It offers good adhesion to plastic floor coverings and exhibits high resistance to plasticizer migration. Additionally, this dispersion provides high heat resistance.
