MB PE BATO 31 has a high resistance to UV radiation and excellent thermal stability. MB PE BATO 31 does not present blooming effects, which makes it a suitable flame retardant for polyolefin film. Its excellent electrical properties make it ideal for cable applications. MB PE BATO 31 is mainly used in engineering polymers such as polyolefin, high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), thermoplastic polyesters (PBT, PET), polycarbonate and elastomers.

It can be processed by injection molding. Urochem Molding Compound 136 is recommended for electrical components such as sockets, lamp holders and domestic circuit breakers. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.
