Ketron® LSG PEEK-CLASSIX™ White is a product available in the form of plates and rods, designed for dental applications. This material is characterized by features like ethylene oxide sterilizability, biocompatibility, excellent sterilization resistance, X-ray sterilizability, high stiffness, life science grade, gamma sterilizability, excellent mechanical strength, good mechanical properties, steam sterilizability, heat sterilizability, plasma gas sterilizability, and chemical resistance. It comes in the color white, making it suitable for dental applications.

Zeniva® ZA-500 PEEK is a high-performance specialty polymer known for its remarkable strength, advanced stiffness, and exceptional toughness. Specifically designed for structural, load-bearing implantable medical devices, this bio-stable plastic offers excellent fatigue and creep resistance, ensuring durability under continuous strain and repeated loading. In comparison to metals, it presents advantages such as reduced stress shielding, absence of heavy metal allergies or ion erosion, and radiolucent properties for interference-free X-ray and CT scanning procedures.

FIL-A-GEHR® PEEK MG (MEDI) is a high performance filament based on the material PEEK and is suitable for medical and pharmaceutical applications in direct body contact with tissue, bone, skin and mucous membrane up to 24 hours. They have been tested and evaluated by independent, accredited test laboratories and meet the following biocompatibility requirements: – ISO 10993-1/5/12/18 and USP Class VI.

GEHR PEEK® MG (MEDI) is produced at a continuous operating temperature of this high-performance plastic ranges between approximately -40° C and +260° C. It features an extraordinary combination of very high rigidity, hardness, tensile strength and bending strength (high toughness and fatigue strength), high heat deflection temperature and excellent resistance to disinfectants and detergents. The hydrolytic stability is exceptionally high, so that repeated sterilization in steam is possible without any problems. PEEK is self-extinguishing according to UL94 specifications. The raw materials used meet the requirements of FDA and EU 10/2011 for food contact materials.
