SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM HU1000 resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. The intended use for this material is in medical devices and pharmaceutical applications. The material is biocompatible (ISO 10993 or USP Class VI) and Healthcare management of change applies. The material may offer Steam-, Hydrogen Peroxide-, Gamma-, EtO-, UV-C- and E-beam resistance for repeated sterilization cycles. It may offer global food compliance (FDA, CN, EC). Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings. The material is RoHS compliant. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors - transparent and opaque. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL9134 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a UV stabilized high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade. This resin offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40 deg C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN EXL9134 resin is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

Envir® PA6G3OHL-BK0701 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 molding resin, it is heat stabilized and hydrolysis resistant. 6G30HL is optimized for properties and processability. It is provided black in color.

Consistent processability, good color and thermal stability, very low volatiles and low smoke make this grade suitable to be used for very demanding fiber applications. This grade contains anti gas fading additive package.

Envir® PA66G15THL-BK0101 is a 15% Glass fiber reinforced Nylon 66 molding resin that is also highly Toughened. 66G15THL-BK0101 is Heat stabilized and hydrolysis resistant, it is optimized for strength and impact properties while giving excellent processibility. It is provided Black in color.
