Xolefin® 6 ZXVM is an irradiation cross-linked, closed-cell EVA foam. The ZXVM products exhibit a fine cell structure and excellent mechanical properties at low densities. Xolefin® ZXVM foams are soft, conforming. It can be laminated for greater thickness or to other substrates, as well as die cut, printed, or adhesive coated.

Akron Coating and Adhesives ACA-20-649 is a pressure sensitive adhesive composed primarily of synthetic polymers and avoids natural rubber latex. The polymer is crosslinked to enhance chemical and heat resistance. Heat and perspiration do not affect its high tack and shear resistance. A 1 mil dry adhesive film is recommended as a starting point for testing. Rough topography such as fabrics may require greater adhesive thickness.

NuSil™ MED12-6381 is a NuSil Technology's restricted materials may be considered for use in short-term implant applications, 29 days or less, or for external applications.A silicone gel is an unreinforced, loosely crosslinked network of polymers. Due to the lack of reinforcing filler, gels tend to be low in viscosity in the uncured state, allowing flexibility for various processing techniques. Not only can the crosslink density of the silicone polymers be designed to yield a very firm or soft gel, but the work time and cure profile can also be modified. Accordingly, gels can be used in a variety of applications, including sheeting and encapsulating sensors or electronic devices.
