Our advanced formula is designed for use as a multi-purpose hard surface cleaner capable of removing stubborn industrial contaminants including grease and oil. Gentle Giant RTU is also effective and safe for use on soft surfaces such as carpets and fabrics. Gentle Giant RTU is pH neutral and readily biodegradable, non-hazardous*, and non-toxic*. Gentle Giant RTU dissolves oils and greases by lifting and emulsifying them for easy soil removal. Lanphos PE36 is a powerful emulsifier that can be used across a wide range of polymer systems and more importantly is used as a primary emulsifier without the need for a secondary surfactant to stabilize the system. As a versatile emulsifier. this is the first choice for any formulator. As well as providing extremely small particle sizes it has an in-built stabilizer system to prevent re-agglomeration of polymer particles. Lanphos PE36 is supplied in the free acid form and is typically neutralized before use to produce the salt of choice for individual applications.

Kemsurf ESD is an excellent detergent, it does not show a loss of detergency in brine or hard water. The good solubility characteristics make them especially useful for use in alkaline liquid formulations. It is excellent foaming agent. It shows a pronounced thickening with the addition of sodium chloride to a dilute solution. It is stable to hard water and has excellent lime soap dispersing properties, due to the calcium salt being soluble. Product is prone to hydrolysis in aqueous solution at acid pH and high temperatures (not suitable for use above 50°C).

Lansurf AE37 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants, and exhibits good Oil/Water and Water/Oil emulsification, wetting and detergency.

Lanphos TEP4K is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid resulting in a product that is predominantly mono-ester. The main advantage of a phosphate ester over a conventional anionic is it’s excellent stability in high concentration of acid, alkali and electrolyte. Lanphos TEP4K is supplied in neutral form as a potassium salt and behaves as a hydrotrope for the solubilisation of both anionic and nonionic surfactants into high concentration of electrolyte.

Kemsurf DSA is fatty alcohol sulfate neutralized as a sodium salt. This product offers good detergency and wetting and is mainly used in cosmetic and toiletry applications. This product is compatible with other anionic and nonionic surfactants. However, as with other products of this chemical type, they tend to hydrolyse in acidic environments. Kemsurf DSA can also be used in the production of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) via emulsion polymerisation.

Lansurf AE109W is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of 9 moles of ethylene oxide onto a 2-propyl heptanol base. This particular range of ethylene oxide offers a product with a wide range of applications especially for detergency and wetting. This product has good environmental profiling and is readily biodegradable.

Cola® Lux C-10 by Colonial Chemical is comprised of Decyl dimethyl amine oxide. It is commonly used as Coupling Agent and Hydrotrope for a variety of applications in Home Care and Carpet & Upholstery. It is available in Liquid form.

Cola®Teric MSC is a low foaming, biodegradable, amphoteric surfactant with excellent detergency, designed for use in either low or high temperature alkaline and acid cleaners. While some foaming occurs in both alkaline and acid cleaners when used in spray tanks, it is fast breaking and does not accumulate. This property can also prove advantageous when formulating "scrub-vac" cleaners such as those used on indoor-outdoor carpeting or hard surfaces. Cola®Teric MSC is an anhydrous, 100% active, liquid material that is ideally suited for use in dry products containing high percentages of caustic, such as heavy duty all-purpose industrial cleaners. In contrast to low foaming nonionic surfactants, Cola®Teric MSC exhibits low foaming properties even at low temperatures while still maintaining good detergent properties. In addition, it has been determined that up to equal parts of nonionics can be combined with ColaTeric MSC without losing these foaming properties. While ColaTeric MSC can be incorporated directly into aqueous alkaline systems, it neutralizes slowly and may take hours to achieve pH equilibrium. Cola®Teric MSC is readily soluble in aqueous acid systems.

Cola®Teric 2-COSF is a caprylic imidazoline derived amphoteric surfactant that provides excellent wetting, detergency, rinsibility, and effective hydrotroping properties in a wide range of electrolyte systems. This low to moderate foaming amphoteric is ideally suited for use in household and industrial cleaners, alkaline degreasers, transportation cleaners, and textile/carpet care formulations.

Cola®Teric BW is a low foam alkyl betaine effective in cleaning metals and stain prevention. The composition is free of silicates and suitable for soft metals such as copper, aluminum, or brass. Cola®Teric BW is used in producing highly built cleaners with good detergency and high cloud points.

Suga®Nate 100NC is a surfactant based on the renewable resources of corn and coconut. It is extremely mild when tested against other traditional primary personal cleansing surfactants such as sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium coco sulfate, sodium lauryl ether sulfate and alpha olefin sulfonate. This product is recommended for shampoos, bath gels, body washes, facial cleansers, makeup removers, baby products, and bath foams.

Cola®Cap MA139 is a 100% active, low-foaming surfactant that provides excellent product color and chemical stability over a wide pH range. Cola®Cap MA139 offers optimization of detergency, wetting and food soil defoaming characteristics. Cola®Cap MA139 incorporates a capping group that provides unique functionality, greater biodegradability and does not interfere with wetting, detergency or surface activity. It is also structurally sufficient to provide good food soil defoaming properties. Cola®Cap MA139 develops low foaming properties without the use of propylene oxide capping that potentially could inhibit biodegradation.

Cola®Terge 6411 is a high foaming anionic surfactant that provides effective detergency and dries completely to a friable powder. Cola®Terge 6411 displays lower dermal/ocular irritation than traditional alkyl sulfates, yet exhibits comparable detergency and foam properties. The benefits of Cola®Terge 6411 are useful in both personal care and industrial applications. In personal care formulations, it can be utilized as the primary surfactant in shampoos, skin cleansers, and bubble baths. In industrial formulations, it can be used as the primary surfactant in high foaming cleaners, hand dishwashes, and carpet cleaners.

Cola®Wet TDS-35, chemically described as tetrasodium dicarboxyethyl stearyl sulfosuccinamate, is an anionic surfactant displaying a wide array of functional properties. This versatility makes it ideal for use in industrial detergents, agricultural, cosmetic, and textile products, as well as in emulsion polymerization of vinyl monomers.

DeTERGE NAS is a low to moderate foaming, anionic surfactant having detergency, wetting and solubilizing properties. Stable in sodium hypochlorite and peroxide formulations. Ideal for a number of applications including degreasers, alkaline or mild acid cleaners, all purpose cleaners, and carpet extraction cleaners.

DeTERGE LF-7315, belonging to the carboxylates chemical family, is a liquid with exceptional features for various applications. DeTERIC CSP-50 is a unique, low foam amphoteric surfactant recommended to reduce the surface tension of 50% active caustic soda or 45% active caustic potash. Produces low, quick breaking foam, provides detergency, wetting, and surface tension reduction. DeTERIC CSP-50 is recommended for highly alkaline CIP cleaners as it maintains good color stability in strong caustic formulations.

DeMULS SGE-95 is a cost effective, readily biodegradable emulsifier for soy, canola and rapeseed methyl esters. It can be used in a wide variety of applications including micro-emulsion cleaners, carpet and laundry spot removers, and all purpose hard surface cleaners.
