MagnaPearl® is a range of mica-based titanium-coated pigments that exhibit a high degree of whiteness combined with brilliance and hiding. They are available in a wide variety of particle sizes creating extraordinary optical effects ranging from a fine-grained luster to a bold silvery-white sparkle. MagnaPearl® effect pigments are pearlescent pigments that are specially engineered. They are available in a variety of particle sizes. BTC’s effect pigments find use in a wide field for the coloration of plastics. They are also suitable for a variety of other industries including the automotive industry as well as the agriculture, building & construction, electrical & electronics, packaging, and textiles & fibers industries. They find also applications in newly emerging markets.

RE-FLEX TPU is highly versatile and can be easily processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, vacuum forming, solution coating and compounding. Parts made from RE-FLEX can be welded, sterilized, printed, painted, laser marked, colored, machined and die-cut.

Fibertec mineral wool fibers are inorganic synthetic fibers that have been specifically milled and processed to controlled lengths and with predictable diameters and aspect ratios. These mineral fibers are generated from complex mineral silicates having as primary components silicates of calcium, magnesium and aluminum. Fibertec mineral fibers can be surface treated to enhance performance in selected resin systems. urther, because these fibers are additionally characterized by very low loose and tapped bulk densities, they are desirable for low-density reinforced thermoset and thermoplastic systems.

SAATI makes a complete series of adhesives called Ultrafix SB Plus, available to its customers. This can glue the fabric on any type of screen printing frame (wood, painted metal or aluminum) and provides superior performance obtaining excellent fabric coverage and preventing it from detaching from the frame, ensuring high strength and resistance. Thanks to the fast-drying times it is possible to accelerate production by reducing the related costs. The range includes application accessories such as brushes and products for adhesive removal.

7014 Legacy White is a low bleed, high pigment, fast flashing, low tack, non-phthalate plastisol screen printing ink.

Trilon® is a broad product range of high-performance and innovative complexing agents, also known as chelating agents. Trilon® chelating agents belong mainly to the class of amino carboxylates which are organic complexing agents. Chelating agents are able to prevent the deleterious impact of metal ions in technical applications. The presence of free metal ions, such as iron, copper, calcium, manganese, and further other metals, reduces the efficiency or quality of the product due to their catalytic activity, precipitation, or increased microbial growth. Trilon® chelating agents are applied in the manufacture of pulp- and paper, electronic or chemical surface treatment processes, bleaching processes in the textile/leather industry, and versatile chemical processes where metal ions can negatively impact the process.

IMAGIFINE pigment pastes are high strength, pourable pigment dispersions, specifically formulated for in-plant tinting of emulsion and water-based or aqueous paints & aqueous inks. IMAGIFINE pigment pastes are cost economic alternatives to commonly used, high concentration aqueous dispersions containing high quality pigments in respect to light fastness, temperature and chemical resistance. IMAGIFINE pigment pastes use a minimal of additives to ensure that these dispersions interfere as little as possible with the chemistry of customer products. IMAGIFINE pigment pastes are standardized with respect to color strength on a weight basis. Pigment loading may vary from color to color.

Pluriol® grades are polyalkylene glycols or modified (alkyl) polyalkylene glycols. Pluriol® grades offer specialized properties making them ideal for improving electroplating processes.

7041 Paramount White is an ultra-low bleed, high pigment, fast flashing, low tack, non-phthalate plastisol screen printing ink formulated to help block dye migration problems on various problem polyester content fabrics.

QISO® quasi-isotropic fabric is balanced in a single layer of braid. Stronger, lighter and more efficient, QISO® enables significant cost savings and superior performance.

Our glass fiber reinforcements are 10 or 16 microns in diameter and milled to lengths ranging from 120 to 470 microns. They are used in composites to increase mechanical properties such as tensile, flexural and impact strength. They are also used to increase dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures. Milled glass fibers are compatible with all thermoset and thermoplastics resins. Surface treatments are available that may enhance performance. Microglass milled fibers are E-glass filaments hammer milled to various bulk densities. Microglass is used as a filler/reinforcement in composites to increase mechanical properties (tensile, flexural and impact), improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures.

Bacote® 20 series Stabilized Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate is a highly effective crosslinker. It crosslinks with all commonly used binders to improve the surface structures strength by reducing the amount of weakly bonded particles available on the paper surface. This certain characteristic is of value to coated papers and offset printing. As well Bacote 20 crosslinks instantly to the binder, offering a rapid cure time in the drying section of the paper process, it is compatible with practically all coating and press formulations.

Dehypon® grades are oleochemical sourced fatty alcohol alkoxylates. They are special grades which provide very low foaming properties. The physical form vary from liquid to solid, even granules are available. Dehypon® grades are versatile useable and provide properties such as wetting, soil removal, low foaming and emulsification. Dehypon® low foaming surfactants are used in versatile chemical-technical applications to ensure a smooth process flow. Application fields are besides others in the paper & pulp industry or in the metal treatment industry, especially in metalworking fluids. Also in the wood based fiber production, in textile pre-treatment and in coatings formulations BTC’s low foaming surfactants are used.
