PRIMIS® AF 1000

PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a composite dispersion with an aqueous base, which incorporates unique characteristics derived from both organic and inorganic components. The dispersion particles consist of inorganic silica particles at their core, while the outer shell is composed of acrylate copolymers. Notably, the manufacturing process of PRIMIS® AF 1000 ensures that it is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds.

PRIMIS® EP 1700

PRIMIS® EP 1700 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. The dispersion combines moderately high solids content with lower viscosity, making it possible to add moderate filler loadings. This results in formulations with good fluidity in board core. PRIMIS® EP 1700 is produced without any added organic solvents or plasticizers.

PRIMIS® EP 1770 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers a moderately high solids content along with a lower viscosity, allowing for the addition of moderate filler loadings. This unique combination enables formulations with excellent fluidity in board core applications. PRIMIS® EP 1770 is manufactured without the use of added organic solvents and plasticizers.

PRIMIS® SAF 9600

PRIMIS® SAF 9600 is a specialty polymer dispersion with a fine particle size, specifically designed for formulating barrier coatings for paper and paperboard applications. When applied, PRIMIS® SAF 9600 creates a coating that offers several beneficial properties. The coated paper and paperboard become heat sealable, water repellent, and exhibit antiblocking properties. Furthermore, when formulated appropriately, the coating provides good resistance to oil and grease.
