It contains 40% glass fibers and is chemically coupled, UV stabilized, easy release (demolding), slip agent and heat stabilized. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MS PP 4920 BK1248-20 is a Polypropylene Heterophasic Copolymer containing 20% talcum, which is heat stabilized, scratch resistant, UV stabilized, and impact modified. It is suitable for use in Automotive applications such as housings and clothing/fasteners. Pre-drying should be done in an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be set at 200-270°C and mold temperature at 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4920/500 MR20 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a filler/additive system of 20% talcum. It is heat and processing stabilized and has easy flow, release, and molding properties. It is suitable for automotive, sport and leisure, and building and construction applications such as gardening tools, exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, clothing/fasteners, and sports equipment. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4915/500 MR15 is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with 15% talcum as a filler/additive system. It has high heat stabilization, processing stabilization, and easy release (demolding) characteristics. The melting temperature for injection molding is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive, building and construction market segments with typical applications such as housings, fixing elements, functional components and interior decoration/finishing, gardening tools, clothing/fasteners and exterior parts.
