CHT Group TufGel 336 is one of a family of soft, adherent, silicone elastomeric gels designed for the encapsulation and protection of electronic components. It is a low-viscosity, two-component system that is readily mixed in a 1:1 ratio. It is used to provide protection from vibration, thermal or mechanical shock, water, and many other environmental contaminants. This product has excellent dielectric properties.

CHT Group QSil 559 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electrical potting applications. This addition-cure potting material is a two-component system that has a long gel time. It offers a hard, thermally conductive, low-modulus material that is readily repairable.

CHT Group QSil 553 is a 2-component silicone elastomer system specially designed for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. It offers good protection against chemicals, environmental contamination, mechanical shock, vibration, and impact damage. It can be employed in areas where low flammability is a prerequisite. The cured elastomer can be repaired. The component parts have relatively low viscosities and are readily mixed, either by hand or machine.

CHT Group ACC15 is a low-viscosity, 1-component, condensation-curing silicone coating. The uncured product can be applied by pouring or brushing and is readily cured into a tough, transparent rubber. It can be used to coat printed circuit boards to prevent the ingress of water and environmental contaminants.

CHT Group AS1740 is part of a range of high-performance RTVs. It is a neutral cure silicone sealant specifically designed to meet the physical, chemical, and temperature resistance requirements of MIL-A-46146B. It features exceptional physical properties and is compatible with many sensitive substrates, including copper, brass, steel, aluminum, and FR4, making this an ideal option for many electronic applications where high performance is paramount. The alkoxy cure system produces a silicone sealant with excellent adhesion to most common substrates.

CHT Group AS1803 is a non-corrosive, neutral-cure, 1-part, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone adhesive sealant. It is one in a range of acetone-cure products that are solvent-free. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and cures rapidly at room temperature to form a tough rubber when in contact with atmospheric moisture. This product will not corrode copper or its alloys and is suitable for use with electronic components.

CHT Group ACC17 is a fast-curing, low-viscosity, low-volatile, 1-component, condensation-curing silicone coating. The uncured product can be applied by pouring or spraying and is readily cured into a tough, transparent rubber. It can be used to coat printed circuit boards to prevent the ingress of water and environmental contaminants.

P & P Technology Silver Copper Loaded Silicone EC-H is a silicone elastomer with Silver conductivefiller. It is tan in color.

CSL Silicones CSL542 Silicone Conformal Coating is a one-part, moisture curing, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV), electronic grade 100% silicone conformal coating.

Tufnol Grade 10G/50 is a laminated plastics material made from woven glass fabric, bonded with silicone resin. It is a rigid sheet material with good resistance to high temperatures and very good electrical insulation properties, especially in applications involving very high frequencies. Note, however, that silicone bonded laminates have mechanical strength properties somewhat lower than some other glass fabric laminates.

StarPCS™ SBMC-843 is a discontinuous carbon fiber reinforced molding compound containing carbon fiber, a Starfire proprietary polysiloxane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-843 contains a Polyramic® thermosetting resin which cures at temperatures between 200-310°C, and functions as a high temperature carbon fiber reinforced structure with a silicon oxycarbide ceramic matrix. Compression mold curing produces a green fiber reinforced polymer matrix composite (PMC) material. Further processing to 850°C minimum in inert environment results in an amorphous silicon oxycarbide ceramic matrix composite (CMC) to be used with different infiltration polymers or materials. Ideal infiltration polymers include Polyramic® SPR-212, SPR-212 based slurries (SL-227, SL-480), and other Starfire® polysiloxane products.

Auburn Manufacturing Co. F12 Silicone Foam is comprised of a flame-retardant, modified cell silicone foam that offers a lightweight flame-retardant barrier. The F-12 is often the product of choice in aircraft aerospace, mass transit, and military markets as a lightweight fire wall protection blanket. Electronics markets depend on the F-12 for high temperature gasketing.

StarPCS™ SBMC-601 is a discontinuous carbon fiber reinforced molding compound containing carbon fiber, a vinyl substituted polysiloxane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-601 cures at temperatures between 180-250o C and functions as a high temperature carbon fiber reinforced structure with a silicon oxycarbide ceramic. Curing produces a green fiber reinforced composite material. Further processing to 850o C (minimum) in inert gas results in an amorphous silicon oxycarbide matrix ceramic composite that can be used as a pre-form for use with different infiltration polymers or materials. Ideal infiltration polymers include Polyramic® SPR-688 or SPR-212 based slurries (SL-227, SL-480), and other Starfire® Systems polysiloxane products.
