Crystal Clear is a clear, acrylic coating, available in many formulations to achieve a variety of “wet looks” and sheens. All formulas will highlight and darken the natural appearance of the stones or masonry surface.

Super WB™ is a water-based, strong binding, clear, gloss acrylic sealer for overlays or any cement-based product. This product contains a hybrid, self-cross-linking, acrylic resin with built-in water repellence and tenacious penetration and adhesion.

ECOTINT® Façade is a selection of 7 high exterior durability inorganic colorants optimized to balance cost and performance. These façade colorants are highly resistant against UV radiation, alkali and acids with exceptional weather fastness and are perfect for outdoor applications: exterior paints, plasters, Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS), silicon and silicate paints.

Often, fillers have to meet very special requirements. In such cases not only good dispersion characteristics are of importance, but also mechanical and dynamic properties of the final products. Improved electrical insulation resistance, better aging and fluid resistance in many materials and improved anticorrosion properties have a crucial role to play in many areas. At Hoffmann Mineral, we developed Aktisil to meet such customer requirements. This special filler is made by treating the surface of Neuburg Siliceous Earth with chemical agents, mostly silanes. The reaction by-products (e.g. alcohol) formed during the manufacture of the different products of Aktisil are largely removed right away during the process. The coupling reaction fixes the silane to the surface of the filler. Any undesirable side-effects that can occur during mixing by direct addition of the silane are virtually eliminated. So the customer can choose from a complete product range of many different types of Aktisil. This is the result of many years of in-house experience and of close cooperation with customers. Developed in Europe in the late 1980’s Ectoflex 646™ is considered to be a superior polymer modified coating. Ectoflex 646™ was applied at the water line on all piers of the bridge for its excellent barrier to chlorides and to accommodate concrete cover deficiencies, thus providing protection against the elements. Ectoflex 646™ products are a two component, ready to use, flexible crack bridging, polymer–modified cementitious coating. It provides protection of concrete mortar and masonry services. Ectoflex 646™ is an excellent barrier to chlorides. Independent testing confirms the use of 1mm of Ectoflex is considered the equivalent of 10mm of concrete cover. NSF approval for Ectoflex 646™ for potable water can be acquired.

ROOFDX SUPER is a single component urethane especially designed as a waterproofing membrane for all kinds of roofing. It cures to form a tough, elastic, waterproof seal and may be incorporated into roofing specifications that provide roof protection of 10 and 20 years. ROOFDX SUPER contains corrosion-inhibiting pigments and will protect metals against rust and acid rain.

TERACHEM® Epoxy Colorants are designed for use with new-generation 100% solids epoxy coatings systems for high-performance applications with minimal VOC, including high-solids, near-zero VOC, and zero VOC for use in epoxy floor coatings, as well as in adhesives, sealants and elastomers. The Terachem® predispersed pigments are based on epoxy chemistry that provides 100% reactivity in all epoxy-resin formulas, good durability, lightfastness and chemical resistance. These commercially available color concentrates allow the coatings formulator to take advantage of new technology without the need to develop and produce in-house colorant.

Titan® -B1 Primer is designed as a high performance sealer and coating for concrete. Supplied in a convenient one to one mix ratio. Titan-B1 is capable of penetrating and filling the pore structure of the concrete to provide an effective subsurface barrier to prevent moisture migration and chemical penetration.

Color Seal II™ is a membrane-forming acrylic co-polymer sealer which is sprayed-on fresh colored concrete as a curing compound. It is used instead of water curing or plastic curing sheets which can discolor the slab. Color Seal II™ Keeps water in the slab while it cures which helps prevent cracking and optimizes final hardness. It is also dustproof and seals the surface to protect against water damage and most stains. It is semi-transparent and tinted in 40 different shades to match our color card for integrally colored concrete.

Fastpatch™ is rapid-setting, acetone-reduced concrete primer is used to create a strong bond between the substrate and topcoat. It can be applied by plural-component proportioner or simple brush/roller.

Abothane 8003-3™ Protects wood, concrete, and seamless floors anywhere a clear, tough coating is required. High gloss. Abothane 8003-3 is designed for high flexibility and abrasion, chemical, and corrosion resistance with high wear and slip resistant properties. Practically colorless, it looks great on most floors. Requires no waxing. Perfect consistency for sealing porous surfaces.
