Plantapon® SUS is an anionic surfactant for cosmetic cleansing preparations, such as shower and bath products, liquid soaps, and facial cleansers. It is composed of disodium C12-18 alkyl sulfosuccinate and appears as a white to light yellowish powder with a characteristic odor.

Eumulgin® SG is a strong anionic, oil-in-water emulsifier that is effective in very low concentrations. It is easy to disperse and compatible with commonly used raw materials and electrolytes, including water-soluble UV filters. It is highly flexible and can be mixed into the oil phase or water phase in hot or cold process formulations. It is derived from 100% natural, renewable feedstocks and approved by COSMOS, NATRUE and ECOCERT, making it the emulsifier of choice for natural skincare and cosmetics.

Dehyquart® GUAR TC is a conditioning agent suitable for all kinds of transparent to clear rinse-off formulations, such as transparent volume shampoos, especially when used in combination with Plantasil® Micro. It is a transparent clear cationic guar quality that provides good conditioning performance for transparent cleansing systems, significantly improved wet and dry combability, a positive influence on anti hair-breakage, a soft skin feel, and a quality improvement of foam.

Cetiol® Sensoft is a fast-spreading emollient with a multi-dimensional softness sensation for all cosmetic applications. It is suitable for decorative cosmetics, as well as sun care formulations due to its outstanding solubilizing capacities for crystalline UV filters, pigment dispersing properties, and for face and body care applications. This product is a clear, colorless, almost odorless oil of low polarity and low molecular weight.

This product has applications in several areas, including skin care, cleansers, mother and baby products, hair care, shampoos and conditioners, bath and body products, face care, and pet care. It is listed under both Pet Care TSCA and Pet Care DSL, with quantity restrictions.

Cutina® HVG is a highly efficient consistency wax that is compatible with non-ionic, cationic, and anionic ingredients and is most commonly found in raw materials. Its excellent crystallization behavior has a positive impact on the stability and viscosity of the final emulsion. This product can be used in body care, face care, sensitive skin care, baby care, and anti-aging applications.

Cetiol® SoftFeel is the newest soft-solid emollient developed by BASF Care Creations®. It is made from 100% renewable ingredients and is 100% naturally derived, according to ISO 16128. The versatile ingredient helps to moisturize and leave a soft feeling on the skin. For hair care applications, Cetiol® SoftFeel helps improve the wet and dry combability. It gently manages the frizz of curly hair without weighing it down and offers nourishment to damaged, coily hair. It can also act as a clean alternative to petroleum-based petrolatum, as the ingredients have very similar sensory and occlusivity properties. Cetiol® SoftFeel is applicable in a variety of beauty and personal care applications.

Mimiskin™ is a biodegradable alternative to polymer film formers. It is extremely multifunctional and can be used in a wide range of applications. This product has excellent hydrolytic stability, making it suitable for stable emulsions, and a low solubility in water that improves its stability in fine emulsions.

Plantacare® 1200 UP is a nonionic surfactant with good dermatological compatibility and viscosity-enhancing effects. It is therefore suitable for use as an additive or a co-surfactant in cosmetic surfactant cleansing preparations. It is a cloudy, viscous, aqueous solution of a C12 - C16 fatty alcohol polyglycolide.

Cetiol® A is a fast-spreading emollient, especially suitable for W/O emulsions and anhydrous applications. Cetiol® A is a clear, slightly yellowish, odorless oil. Cetiol® A applications include skin care, cleanser, sun care, bath and body products, face care, and self-tanning.

Euperlan® PK 771 BENZ is a cold-processable, pasty pearl shine concentrate with a typical faint odor. The product is suitable for dense and particularly brilliant surfactant preparations with a silky shine. This product is recommended for use in skin care, cleanser, mother and baby, hair care, shampoo and conditioner, bath and body, face care, pet care, pet care TSCA, and pet care DSL with quantity restrictions.

Phytosoothe® LS 9766 helps to protect the skin barrier, which is essential for the body's defense against the environment. The stratum corneum's lipids and structural elements create a physical barrier, while microorganisms on the skin surface and deeper layers form the microbiotic barrier, which defends against pathogens. However, both barriers are vulnerable to damage from environmental factors. Cegesoft® HF 52 is a hydrogenated vegetable oil that modifies the rheological properties of emulsions. It is supplied in beige pellets with a bland odor. Its applications include skin care, sun care, mother and baby products, bath and body products, and face care.

Texapon® SFA UP Powder is an innovative, very mild anionic surfactant suitable for solid, zero-waste rinse-off products and solutions not containing EO. Texapon SFA UP Powder is RSPO mass balanced and 100% natural origin according to ISO 16128. It provides excellent conditioning on hair, great skin compatibility, and a rich and creamy foam.

Eumulgin® S 21 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is used for manufacturing various O/W emulsions for skin care applications. It is especially suitable for producing O/W anti-perspirant roll-ons and is available in the form of white pellets with a faint characteristic odor. This emulsifier has benefits for skin care.

Euperlan® PCO is a convenient, versatile opacifier suitable for many personal care applications, such as bath and shower gels, hand soaps, or shampoos. It is self-dispersible and can be introduced in any step of the production process without the need for any pre-dispersion or premix. Thus, it reduces the complexity of the production by enabling an efficient one-step process. Cetiol® V is a traditional, medium-spreading emollient that is suitable for modern cosmetic applications. It is a clear, slightly yellowish polar oil with a characteristic odor and a mean molecular weight. Its applications include skin care, sun care, mother and baby products, bath and body products, personal care, face care, and self-tanning.

BASF Vitamin E-Acetate Care is an active ingredient that is used in cosmetic products for skin and hair applications. It is an effective moisturizing agent that improves the elasticity and smoothness of the skin. It is used in cosmetic emulsions, such as sunscreens, body lotions, hand creams, body creams, day and night facial creams, and multi-vitamin creams.

Pluracare® L 64 G is a block copolymer of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol that is used as an emulsifier in a wide variety of areas, from cosmetics to oral care products. It has a cloud point of 58-62°C, an average molecular weight of approx. 2,900, and a viscosity of approx. 850 mPas. This block copolymer is anhydrous and non-corrosive. Therefore, mild steel can be used for storage tanks, piping and conventional process equipment.

Eutanol® G is a C20-guerbet alcohol that functions as a medium-spreading emollient. This clear, colorless to pale yellow, and odorless oil is suitable for cosmetic preparations where a wide pH range is needed, such as anti-perspirants, deodorants, and depilatory formulations.

Eumulgin® CO 455 is a solubilizer that is suitable for all kinds of oil-in-water (O/W) skincare emulsions. This ingredient appears as a viscous liquid with a mild inherent odor. Its benefits include applications in skin care products, hair care formulations, and scalp care products.

Edeta® BD is an amino-carboxylic acid with six functional groups whose characteristic reactions enable them to form complexes. It is used as an organic chelating agent for cosmetic formulations. It can sequester undesirable metal ions in cosmetic preparations, preventing precipitation of the salts responsible for water hardness and protecting against rancidity and color changes caused by heavy metal ions.

Emulgade® SE-PF is a self-emulsifying base with consistency-giving properties, suited for the preparation of cosmetic and pharmaceutical oil-in-water creams and lotions. It has high emollient flexibility and good electrolyte stability. It is a mixture of consistency-giving factors and nonionic emulsifiers, appearing as white to slightly yellowish pellets with a faint characteristic odor.

Cutina® FS 45 is a mixture of palmitic acid and stearic acid, serving as an emulsifier and consistency wax for skin care emulsions. It is supplied as small white to yellowish pearls and can be used in various personal care applications, including after sun, baby care and cleansing, body care, color care, face care, face cleansing, self-tanning, and sun protection.

Plantasil® Micro is a silicone-free conditioning booster for rinse-off formulations. It works in combination with cationic polymers and anionic surfactants. This product is environmentally friendly, easy to formulate, and an economical alternative to silicone. It has the ability to develop transparent formulations and is EO- and silicone-free. This product is cold-processable, easy to use, readily biodegradable, and 100% naturally derived.

Eumulgin® B3 is a universally applicable, non-ionic emulsifier for cosmetic oil-in-water emulsions. It is suitable for a variety of personal care applications including face care, body care, hair care, and sun care. It is supplied in the form of white to slightly yellowish pellets.

Cosmedia® A 91 is a thickening, stabilizing, and easy-to-use emulsifying polymer and rheology modifier. Its nice sensorial profile possesses gelling, spreading, moisturizing, stabilizing, softening, and opacifying properties. It is used in cosmetic bases, hand and body lotions, suntan lotions, foundations, and makeup removers.

BASF Gluadin Almond Benz is a hydrolized sweet almond protein having a characteristic inherent odor. This product is suitable for various cosmetic emulsions and surfactant preparations, including baby care and cleansing, body care, face cleansing, hair coloring, shower/bath products, styling, etc.

Cremophor® RH 410 is a nonionic multipurpose solubilizer and emulsifying agent that is used to solubilize ethereal oils, perfume compositions, vitamins, and hydrophobic active substances in aqueous-alcoholic and purely aqueous solutions. The finished preparations are particularly stable. This product shows little tendency to foam, which is particularly important for solutions in aqueous ethanol. Further foam suppression can be obtained by adding a small amount of defoamer.

Lamesoft® PO 65 is preferably used as a lipid layer enhancer for the production of surfactant cleansing preparations. On account of its viscosity-increasing properties, Lamesoft® PO 65 contributes to the viscosity formation in cosmetic cleansing preparations such as shower gels, foam baths, shampoos, and baby products.

Luvigel® EM gives a fresh and cooling feel during application, followed by a non-tacky and chalky after-feel. Additionally, it offers good thickening and stabilizing effects and can also give a whiter and shinier aspect to formulations. The product is free of preservatives, suitable for cold processing, and can be added at any stage of the formulation process.

Eumulgin® B 25 (NA) is a cosmetic-grade oil-in-water emulsifier that is used to produce ointments, creams, liquid emulsions, gels, and other cosmetic formulations. They are supplied in the form of free-flowing, non-dusting micro-granules that dissolve in water and alcohol to form either a colloid or a clear solution. Eumulgin® B 25 (NA) is soluble in vegetable and mineral fats and oils. The warm emulsifiers can be mixed with mineral, vegetable, and synthetic fats and oils, as well as with fatty alcohols, fatty acids, mono- and di-stearates, and polyethylene glycols. Creams and lotions can be formulated easily with this product, and they are very efficient protective colloid systems that can increase the stability of dispersed systems.
