FlexPlast® Thermoplastic Elastomer is a plastic material that combines the processing advantages of a thermoplastic with the properties and performance of a rubber-like material. The product is a soft, flexible, highly elastic material that can be custom formulated to perform in a variety of processes, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming. These lower modulus, flexible materials can typically be stretched repeatedly, only to return to their original shape when relaxed. When heated, FlexPlast® will soften until it flows, making it suitable for formation into complex shapes using standard thermoplastic processing equipment.

ExlfilmPlus® films are crosslinked. This innovative technique makes ExlfilmPlus shrink films some of the toughest and most versatile on the market.

The NORYL family of modified PPE resins consists of amorphous blends of PPO™ resin (polyphenylene ether) and polystyrene. It is for products requiring a shock-absorbing, vibration dampening, insulation barrier and/or buoyancy component.

Bioblend grades are biopolymer compounds significantly blended with natural mineral and organic fillers. All grades can  be filled with any natural fiber to create a natural look.

SYNPRINT is based on our proprietary self-crosslinking technology. This technology combines two different crosslinking mechanisms on the same polymer backbone, substantially increasing the chemical resistance, water resistance and adhesion to multiple substrates. This technology was designed for the self- crosslinking mechanism to fully cure at room temperature while maintaining long-term shelf stability.
