HDK® H20 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H20 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. It also serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone-elastomers. Additionally, HDK® H20 acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings.

AFCONA 5285 is an acidic termination of alkyl ethoxylated co-polymer. The acidic group gives very good anchoring effect in base pigments and matting agents. It will help in viscosity reduction of filler and extender dispersions. It offers very good viscosity reduction. Therefore, it is suitable as a dispersant for highly loaded filler systems.

TYTAN™ AQZ60 is a water-stable zirconium-based chelate that is effective in crosslinking -OH and -COOH groups. It works with a range of carbohydrate and functionalized polymers, acting as a crosslinker and potential adhesion promoter. The main application for TYTAN™ AQZ60 is in oil and gas fracturing fluids, as a replacement for alkanolamine-based zirconium derivatives, to deliver high viscosity and temperature-stabilized functionalized guar derivatives for secondary and tertiary recovery of oil and gas wells. It may also be used as a potential crosslinker in waterborne printing inks to improve film strength and adhesion.

AFCONA 2790 is a polysiloxane-based defoamer designed for use in solvent-borne and solvent-free systems such as epoxy, PU, UV curing, and unsaturated polyester systems. It is also ideal for solvent-based silk printing ink applications. This defoamer has strong anti-foam and deaeration characteristics, quickly removing tiny bubbles in these systems, as well as quickly breaking surface foam. It is suitable for high viscosity solvent-based and solvent-free coatings and ink systems, and its specially designed structure also enhances film leveling behavior. Additionally, AFCONA 2790 is solvent-free, making it ideal for solvent-free construction techniques.

DCL A3RJ Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a strong red shade and highly saturated blue pigment that combines very good tinctorial properties with excellent fastness properties. It exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of inks and coating applications.

DCL 410 Carbon Black, PBk.6 (Granular) is a smaller particle size, low cost granular carbon black pigment. It is the most jet of our low-cost carbon blacks however, it has the highest viscosity. 410 is particularly suitable for coatings, plastics requiring excellent UV properties, and solvent-based inks.

DCL 1176 Benzimidazolone Red, PR.176 is a transparent, bright, blue-shaded red with good overall fastness properties. The product has a wide range of applications, including its use in plastics such as PVC, PP, PS and PE, as well as in powder and industrial coatings. Additionally, it is also used in solvent flexo and inkjet inks.

DCL 7322 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 has similar properties to DCC Red 7222, making it a suitable drop-in match for shade and strength to the market standard for universal coatings. It is a high-performance organic quinacridone red pigment with excellent fastness and durability properties, making it suitable for high-end coatings applications.

DCL 5051 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:1 is an alpha crystal form of a red-shaded phthalocyanine blue that is rendered solvent stable. 5051 is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297), and is recommended for applications such as general industrial paints, various coatings, printing inks, plastics, rubber, floor coverings, and textile printing.

DCL A2RU Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a high-performance green shade yellow for use in high-end coatings applications. Its superb weather fastness and chemical resistance make it ideal for automotive OEM, refinish, and fleet applications. Additionally, its enhanced rheology and low foam enable high mill base loadings in both aqueous and solvent-borne systems. DCL 1146 Naphthol Red, PR.146 is a blue-shaded, semi-transparent naphthol red with good overall fastness properties. This pigment is a possible alternative to pigment red 57:1 types where an improvement in fastness properties is needed. It is mainly used in various types of coatings, inks, and papers.

DCL 5577 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:3 is a greenish blue shade of phthalocyanine blue with excellent color strength. 5577 is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a range of coating and ink applications.

DCL RC-800-PG Rutile Titanium, PW.6 (Chloride) is a low oil absorption, chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment, surface-treated with alumina and silica. It offers excellent tint strength and dispersibility, providing a bluish/white high dispersion product, and is approved for use under 21 CFR 178.3297 by the FDA.

DCL 7222 Quinacridone Magenta, PR.122 is a highly versatile pigment suitable for use in coatings, inks, and plastic applications. DCL 1319 Quinacridone Red Violet, PV.19 (E3B-70 type), is a high-quality pigment known for its outstanding fastness, heat stability, and resistance properties. This opaque, yellow-shaded quinacridone is slightly more opaque and yellower than the 1219 Quinacridone Red Violet 19 grade.

DCL 5154 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:4 is a beta-type, non-crystallizing, non-flocculating green-shade phthalocyanine blue, recommended for various coatings and printing ink applications. It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and is recommended for use in various industrial paint applications, such as air-dry and baking alkyds, as well as nitrocellulose and polyamide inks.

DCL 06-905 DNA Orange, PO.5 is a bright, semi-opaque orange pigment with good lightfastness. It is used in some applications to replace molybdate oranges. However, due to its poor solvent stability in some solvents, it is not recommended for baking systems. It is recommended for trade-sale paints, air-dry industrial coatings, water, solvent, and UV based printing inks.

DCL 5021 Milori Blue, PB.27 is an iron blue pigment with a deep, pure blue shade and good opacity for solvent ink and coatings applications. 5021 Milori Blue is often used as toner for carbon black and be mixed with phthalo blue pigments for multi-color printing.

DCL 8086 Rutile Titanium, PW.6 (Sulfate) is a durable rutile titanium dioxide with good hiding power manufactured by the sulfate process. 8086 is surface treated alumina and silica to improve the dispersibility. It is mainly recommended for the construction industry.

DCL 8916 Transparent Yellow Iron Oxide, PY.42 is a high-performance transparent yellow iron oxide offering high color strength, weather resistance, and UV protection properties. 8916 is recommended for PVC plastics, automotive, aerospace, industrial, powder, and wood coatings, as well as solvent flexo inks.

DCL R2041 Rutile Titanium, PW.6 (Sulfate) is rutile titanium dioxide manufactured by the sulfate process. R2041 is surface-treated aluminum, silicon compounds, and organic matter for ease of dispersion and exterior durability. It is approved for food contact applications under 21 CFR 178.3297.

DCL 1149 Perylene Red, PR.149 is a transparent, blue-shade red pigment with excellent heat stability and overall properties. Specifically manufactured to meet a filter value specification of less than 2.0 bar/gram, it is recommended for use in solvent-based industrial and powder coatings, solvent-based printing inks, and plastic applications such as flexible and rigid PVC, PE, PP, PS, ABS, and other engineering resins processed at high temperatures. It can also be used to color nylon and other synthetic fibers.

DCL 1634 Pyrazolone Orange, PO.34, is a bright, strong, redder-shaded transparent type Azo Orange with fair lightfastness.
