ADM Sorbitol Solution 70%, USP/FCC, is a clear, colorless, and odorless aqueous solution containing about 71% total solids consisting essentially of D-Sorbitol with a small amount of mannitol and other polyhydric alcohols. It is a superior humectant in a wide range of products, including confections, cosmetics, and certain beverages and foods. Because of its sweet but non-cariogenic nature, it is used in sugar free foods, dentifrices, and pharmaceuticals. BioPolyol TT is a bio based polyol mainly for rigid polyurethane foam production. For rigid foam production this polyol is used in mixture with cross-linking polyols whose functionality is at least five.
