SEKAB Biofuels & Chemicals Ethyl acetate is a solvent used in many contexts, including printing inks, varnishes and car care chemicals, and in the manufacture of plastics and rubber. In the food industry, ethyl acetate is used in the manufacture of flavorings and in the pharmaceutical industry as an extraction solvent in the production of pharmaceuticals. Ethyl acetate is also a common component of cosmetics and nail polish remover. Ethyl acetate is considered to be one of the least environmentally harmful of organic solvents. It is very effective while it is easily broken down in both air and water.

Dimethyl Sebacate (DMS) has good compatibility with various cellulose resins, vinyl resins and polymethacrylates and many other resins. It can be used as a plasticizer, softener and solvent for cellulose resin, vinyl resin and synthetic rubber. It can be used as an intermediate in organic synthesis and a stationary liquid for gas chromatography.

Maruzen Petrochemical DIB is a C8 olefin obtained by dimerizing the isobutylene in Fraction C4. It can be used to produce a number of useufl derivatives through an addition, oxo reaction and the like. It is used as a basic raw material for alkylphenol, isononalic acid, rubber chemical, etc.

ORG CHEM Group Sulfolane - 99 is an organic solvent predominantly used as an extraction solvent for BTX or aromatic removal from hydrocarbon feed streams but is also used in sour gas sweetening, (i.e., removal of acid gasses from a natural gas stream). Due to its combination of physical and chemical properties, Sulfolane® has been used in a variety of new applications including as an extraction distillation solvent, polymer solvent, polymer plasticizer, polymerization solvent, and in electronic/electrical applications and dyestuff intermediates.

Regar Chemicals Dibutyl Phthalate(DBP) is an excellent plasticizing agent, usually used in plastic, synthetic rubber, imitation leather etc, especially, PVC, nitrocellulose painting, alkyd resin, aldolresin, ethyl cellulose and cholorobutyl rubber, also as agent of perfumer, fixative and safe insect repellant.

Dimethyl phthalate (DMP) is compatible with a variety of cellulose resins, rubber and vinyl resins, and has good film-forming properties, adhesion and water resistance. It is widely used as a solvent for peroxide methyl ethyl ketone and fluorine-containing anticorrosive coatings. It can be used as a plasticizer for resins such as cellulose acetate, as well as a solvent for mosquito repellent and organic synthesis intermediates.
