ECO Cosmowax™ fatty alcohol ethoxylates are surfactants formed by reacting 100% bio-based ethylene oxide with blends of 100% bio-based fatty alcohols. 100% bio-based ethylene oxide is made from 100% bio-based ethanol, derived from corn, sugar cane, or biomass. The 100% bio-based fatty alcohol blends are derived from palm oil, palm kernel oil, or coconut oil. The ECO Cosmowax™ series contains both hydrophilic and lipophilic products. Depending on the HLB value, ECO Cosmowax™ surfactants can be used to form either oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions or water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions, as well as to moisturize, emulsify, disperses, solubilize, and improve wetting. Their performance as moisturizers or emulsifying waxes is considered to be outstanding. ECO Cosmowax™ fatty alcohol ethoxylates are widely used in many personal care applications as well as some industrial applications.

ECO Natrasense™ is a solubilizer designed for the easy incorporation of common lipophilic components into aqueous personal care systems.

Burcotrope™ 1250 is a hydrotrope for neutral and alkaline formulations that effectively elevates cloud points in built and surfactant formulations. Typical applications include hard surface cleaners, built liquid laundry detergents, automatic dishwasher detergents and rinse aids, and hypochlorite containing detergents and sanitizers.

Tween™ series surfactants are polyoxyethylene derivatives of the SPAN™ series products. Tween™ surfactants are hydrophilic, generally soluble or dispersible in water, and soluble in varying degrees inorganic liquids. They are used for oil-in-water (O/W) emulsification, dispersion or solubilization of oils, and wetting. Frequently, Tween™ surfactants are combined with similarly numbered SPAN™ surfactants to promote emulsion stability. These products are widely used in personal care, fiber finish, HI&I cleaning, crop protection, paints & coatings, adhesives, and other industrial applications.

EMULDAC AS-25 is widely used as dispersing agent in industrial applications, in particular in polyester dyeing processes and emulsion polymerizations. EMULDAC AS-25 is suitable for detergent applications in automatic dishwashing tablets and toilet rim blocks. EMULDAC AS-25 is also suitable for personal care applications as O/W emulsifier in a broad range of pH and as dispersant for “hair-dyeing” formulations.

Crodateric™ is a mild surfactant with gentle cleansing properties. It acts as a foam booster/stabilizer.

Brij™ is an ethoxylated natural fatty alcohol, based on oleyl alcohol chemistry. This naturally derived surfactant offers a number of functional benefits including wetting and high foaming to a variety of applications.

This non-ionic alcohol ethoxylate surfactant avoids high viscosities even in ultra-concentrated formulations and has a wide pH tolerance.

NatraSense™ is a 100% bio-based additive that reduces the foaming of high foam surfactants and provides a rinse aid action in auto dishwashing. It gives a reduction in the contact angle of water on a series of common kitchen surfaces including glass, ceramic, stainless steel, and plastic, which ultimately results in better wetting of the surface and faster drying.

Naxonac® products include anionic surfactants, one of the main advantages of phosphate esters is their stability and solubility in alkali systems. They can be used as hydrotropes to couple nonionic surfactants systems which are not soluble and at the same time increase wetting and detergency properties. The presence of the phosphate group imparts some interactions with metallic surfaces, thereby exhibiting some anti-corrosion and metal-adhesion characteristics. They can be used as additives in oil and water-soluble lubricant systems to improve lubricity, anti-frictional properties of the formula. Phosphate esters also find use as emulsifiers in emulsion polymerization.

Mackam® amophoterics are gentle, high foaming surfactants that cleanse and have conditioning properties on skin and hair. They are ideal for sensitive skin and baby shampoo formulations.
