Cel Components S.R.L. Pet/W GR80 is a polyethylene ter based structural foam cores. It is made from 100% post-consumer PET. Pet Foam is a thermoplastic core material suitable for a variety of sandwich applications to increase performance and reduce weight. It is used in sandwich panel applications in railway wagons and in shipyards and for wind power applications. It is easy to work with and has good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for a variety of processes including infusion, prepreg and pressing.

NIDAPLAST 8R are honeycomb structures, 8mm mesh, in polypropylene used as the core of structural sandwich panels. Nidaplast 8R is the standard product in the range. It is suitable for use by contact or projection stratification. The surface coating (polyester non-woven) allows practically all types of materials to be laminated or bonded, for applications in many fields: building, transport, water sports, industrial equipment, sport, leisure. The Nidaplast 8R product has the " Naval Approval Certificate " issued by DNV. Germanischer Lloyd certificate. The polyester nonwoven present on nidaplast 8R offers an ideal surface for impregnation with thermosetting resins (polyester, epoxy, etc.).

Nomex® AHN-4120-1/8-5.0 is an Aerospace Grade Nomex® Honeycomb which exhibits high strength and toughness in a small cell, low density, non-metallic honeycomb. It is particularly noted for its corrosion resistance. This material is fire resistant and is typically used in transport aircraft construction where low O.S.U., smoke, and toxicity characteristics are a necessity. This material also exhibits good thermal insulation properties and also has good dielectic properties. This honeycomb is easily machined, formed, and shaped and well suited to adhesive bonding.

CORRITE™ SF-100, a product of I-Core Composites, LLC (I-CORE), has a proven track record of successful application in a wide variety of structural applications. I-CORE products are designed and manufactured to meet customer specifications and custom products are available upon request.

Nidaplast 8FR are polypropylene honeycomb intended to serve as a core for structural sandwich panels. The nidaplast 8FR is an extruded polypropylene honeycomb with an approved halogen-free material that limits the spread of flames. (flammability according to UL94 standards: V2 classification)

Ultracor UQF-105-1/4-3.0 is used in double shell reflectors, radomes and other lightly loaded structures requiring Quart’s dielectric properties.

NIDAPLAST® 8FR is V2 Classification according to UL94. The longevity for the core's storage is guaranteed by a anti U.V. - U.V. Protection of the finished panel is ensured by the skins of the sandwich panel. With behavior of fire it has excellent resistance to water and most acids, bases and salt solutions.

A simple, economical and recyclable solution, Alkar Technology Standard Honeycomb Polypropylene is characterized by small diameter cells. The cells are covered by a synthetic non-woven material which either allows the resin to be attached during the laminating of the composite skins, or the glue to be attached if it is desired to glue the skins in any other material (wood , aluminum, stone ...). Since the web is joined to the cells by fusion of the PP, the shear strength is excellent.

Thermo-Cor™ FR 20.0 phenolic foam is a rigid, semi-closed celled, foam that comes in a full range of densities from 2.0 pcf to 40.0 pcf.Thermo-Cor FR has a higher compression strength ratio than competing phenolic foams of the same density. Its superior structural strength makes it well suited for stand-alone panels and stress skins used either as thermal or acoustical insulation for commercial applications, especially in hospitals, nursing homes and other public places where low smoke and toxicity are important.

SynFoam SI is a RTV silicone rubber based syntactic foam that can provide for continuous exposure up to 350oF. The system is suitable for both electronic potting and encapsulation. SynFoam SI is a closed cell foam that is easy to cast in place and will provide a smooth surface. SynFoam SI is ideal for shock and vibration dampening applications requiring a lightweight, flexible material with excellent thermal and electrical properties. SynFoam SI grades are available as 1 gallon and 5-gallon kits. We also provide custom coloring of SI products. NIDAPAN 8GR600 are alveolar structures, 8 mm mesh, in extruded polypropylene. The nidapan is a reinforced honeycomb, intended to serve as a rigid core of glued sandwich panels or ready-to-use rigid panels. Their surface coating allows practically all types of materials to be laminated or bonded, for applications in many fields: building, transport, water sports, industrial equipment, sport, leisure, etc. The honeycomb is reinforced with a 602 coating. g/m2 and the polyester fleece serves as an adhesion support to the facing to be applied. This rigid panel brings productivity gains by allowing the siding to be glued on only one side.

Soric® LRC 1.5 is the cost effective solution for closed mold processes. It is used as core material and infusion medium. It is a pressure stable polyester nonwoven and compatible with all regular types of resins, including Polyester, Vinylester, Phenolic and Epoxy. It is suitable for closed mold processes, including Infusion, RTM Light, RTM Heavy.

Plascore PC2 Polycarbonate Honeycomb exhibits a unique cell structure. The core has 3 orientations vs. the 2 orientations common with other honeycomb, making its properties more uniform. Each cell has a tubular form and is inherently stable.

Ultracor UKF-320-3/8-1.9 is used in Double Shell Reflectors and other lightly loaded structures requiring Kevlar’s dielectric properties. UKF-320-3/8-1.9 is space qualified material.

Divinycell PN is a structural thermoplastic core material perfectly suited in a variety of sandwich applications to increase performance and reduce weight. Divinycell PN is used in industrial, transportation, marine and wind applications. It is easy to machine and has good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for a variety of processes including infusion, prepreg and press bonding. The material has a stable closed cell structure and is insensitive to moisture, decay or rot, making it an excellent substitute for organic materials such as balsa and plywood. High density Divinycell PN (PN200 and PN250) is particularly suited for flooring, decking, local inserts in the way of fittings; either tapped or bolted through and has very good screw retention. Divinycell PN is 100% recyclable.

Plastazote® is a closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene block foam manufactured using Zotefoams unique production process.Plastazote® 5SLD33PK-0636 is a low density polyethylene foam.

Ultracor UCF-281-3/16-15.0 is used in structural applications where high mechanical performance is paramount and low density remains a primary concern.

Barymat BV-14C is a composite noise barrier / absorption material protected with a performated vinyl film facing. The composite consists of perforated vinyl scuff wear and contamination resistance, 1.0 inch of acoustic polyurethane foam for sound absorption, a filled, flexible 1.6 lb. per sq. ft. barrier for transmission loss and a .25 inch polyurethan foam decoupler layer. it is suitable for moderately dirty environments where it is not exposed to contaminants such as direct oil or water spray.

HexWeb® HDC is a fabric reinforced honeycomb, made from fiberglass prepreg. A thermosetting node adhesive is used with either a thermoplastic or thermoset resin for the web impregnations. The product was developed for use in temperatures up to 500° F. Depending on the constituent resin system, the product may be suitable for short exposures at higher temperatures.
