BASF Vitamin E-Acetate Care is an active ingredient that is used in cosmetic products for skin and hair applications. It is a highly substantive aqueous cationic polymer for use in skin and hair care formulations, with a typical application level in a conditioning shampoo of around 0.1% of the product as supplied.
