This material meets United States Pharmacopeia (USP) - Mineral Oil requirements which is used for a variety of applications such as blending food grade lubricants and in the production of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

PURETOL™ 8, odorless and colorless, is a white mineral oil with a Saybolt viscosity of 75 and a specific gravity of 0.841. This product meets US FDA CFR 172.878 and FDA 21 CFR 178.3620(a) requirements.
