PolyBarb Filament PEI85 is a series of high quality and easy to print PolyEther Imide filaments with printed mechanical properties surpassing to chopped carbon fiber filled PEI, allowing for significantly stronger parts.

The Nanovia PEI filament, based on Ultem 1010 plastics, allows for high heat resistance and thermal stability. Nanovia PEI is resistant to autoclave operation, sterilization cycles, and adapted for tooling able to resist high temperatures. It is perfectly suited for industrial applications in high temperature environments and composite tooling.

Z-PEI 9085 is a durable, aerospace-grade polymer with strength-to-weight ratio comparable to aluminum 6061. This filament consists of polyetherimide with a polycarbonate copolymer blend. Z-PEI 9085 exhibits excellent thermal properties and retains its properties in temperatures reaching 170° C . The most notable property of Z-PEI 9085 is very low FST (Flame, Smoke, Toxicity). The material has a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating which makes it perfect for printing flame-retardant components.

Essentium 9085 is a high performance polyetherimide blend made with SABIC ULTEMTM 9085 resin. Essentium 9085 has excellent long term temperature performance and toughness. The base resin meets FAR 25.853 and OSU 65/65 for flammability, heat release, smoke density and toxicity. Parts printed from Essentium 9085 are ideal for aerospace, automotive, and industrial components that must meet strict requirements for strength, temperature performance, and flammability.

Z-PEI 1010 is a blend of PEI slightly stronger than Z-PEI 9085 and with higher heat deflection temperature. The material can withstand temperatures reaching 208° C. It is also harder than Z-PEI 9085 which makes it perfect for scenarios where high rigidity is of paramount importance. Moreover, it offers broad chemical resistance to automotive fluids, fully halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, and aqueous solutions among others.

Nanovia PEI CF is an Ultem 1010 and carbon fiber based composite filament, allowing for prints that will resist extreme conditions and not deform.
