Product Highlights
  • Developed from Ultem 1010 (PEI: PolyetherImide) and carbon fiber, this Nanovia PEI CF composite is more rigid (Young's modulus: 4285 Mpa) than native PEI (Young's modulus: 3200 Mpa) and benefits from superior control and dimensional stability.
  • Its temperature resistance up to 200 ° C and its UL-V0 non-flammability make it ideal for any project requiring parts that will not deform, despite high temperatures.
  • Chemically inert, Nanovia PEI CF also adapts to environments in the presence of solvents.
Advantages
  • Operating temperature up to 200°C.
  • High thermal stability.
  • Higher stiffness than native PEI.
  • Suitable for autoclave sterilization.
  • Gamma ray resistant.
  • Solvent resistant.
