Acti-Tech™ Compatibilizer 16MA13are based on Vistamaxx™ performance polymers grafted with maleic anhydride through a highly efficient melt-grafting process.Acti-Tech compatibilizer 16MA13 is the softest grade among the Acti-Tech compatibilizers range. With its high elasticity and very high flexibility, it is designed to enhance performance of a wide variety of polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications such as impact modifier of engineering thermoplastics, performance booster for recycled feeds, coupling agent for mineral HFFR fillers. This material can be used in combination with Vistamaxx performance polymer to bring the required balance of properties to PP/PET or PE/PET recycled feeds.

ECOPOWER Crosile®172 is a vinyl group and a hydrolyzable 2-methoxy-ethoxy-Silyl group that promotes adhesion among unsaturated, polyester-type resins or crosslinked polyethylene resins or elastomers and inorganic substrates, including fiber glass, silica, silicates and many metal oxides. When used as coupling agent, it reduces the sensitivity of the products’ mechanical and electrical properties to heat and/or moisture.

B1 is an anhydride modified polypropylene. B1 is propene polymer with functionalized maleic anhydride, which is the especially suitable for the reinforcing and compatibilizing of PP mineral fiber and glass fiber.

With its very high content of maleic anhydride and high MFR, it is designed to enhance filler wetting of a wide variety of polymer compounds and is particularly recommended for the following applications such as coupling agent for WPC or NFC, high filler loading compounds, adhesion promoter for non-woven or fabrics, melt impregnation.

Rosin Chemical(Wuping) JH-0174 Silane Coupling Agent KH-571 acts as a coupling agent, strengthening agent and cross-linking promoter. Exhibits easy hydrolysis and condensation to form polysiloxane, easy polymerization under overheat and illumination. Possesses high application temperature, outstanding properties of compressive resistance decomposition, wear resistance and anti-shocking. Shows compatibility with polyethylene and EPDM. Improves the bending strength, tensile strength and adhesion of substrates including thermosetting- and thermoplastic resins. Used in electric cables, tubings, wires and cable industry.

SCA 989WT - A coupling agent for rubber elastomers and polysulfide adhesives, as well as thermoplastic andthermoset resins.

Yi Mei New Material Technology Oxidized PE Wax OPE816 is an excellent new type of polar wax. Because the molecular chain of oxidized polyethylene wax has a certain amount of carbonyl groups and hydroxyl groups, the compatibility with fillers, pigments, and polar resins is significantly improved. Wettability and d ispersibility in polar systems is better than polyethylene wax, and it also has coupling properties, its performance is equivalent to American Honeywell A-C wax.

Irubond 500 is a compatibilizer, coupling agent in polyethylene system.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent G-2 is monoalkoxy-coupling agent and similar to KR-12 (Kenrich Chemical Company, USA). It is light yellow to white wax-shape solid and its melting point is 55-60 .

ECOPOWER Crosile®1298 is an oligomeric siloxane containing vinyl, propyl and ethoxy groups. Crosile®1298 is a further development of Crosile®172, vinyl-tris(2-methoxy-ethoxy)silane. Crosile®1298 is a colorless, nearly odorless low-viscosity liquid. Crosile®1298 is an excellent silane compatibiliser between inorganic fillers (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and organic polymers (EPDM, EVA, PE).

ECOPOWER Crosile®550 silane coupling agent, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, a versatile amino-functional coupling agent may be an excellent candidate for use in a range of broad applications to provide superior bonding between inorganic substrates and organic polymers.

Rosin Chemical(Wuping) JH-01871 Silane Coupling Agent acts as a coupling agent. Exhibits adhesion between the surface of organic- and inorganic materials including the treatment of glass fabric in glass steel and silicon stuffing in plastics. Provides compatibility with epoxy, phenol aldehyde, melamine, polysulfide, polyamino ester and polystyrene. Possesses solubility in a variety of solvents.

W1 is an anhydride modified polyolefin elastomer. W1 is ethylene elastomer with functionalized maleic anhydride, which is especially suitable for reinforced or toughened nylon.

United Chemical Technologies M8550 is applied in Unsaturated Polyesters and Acrylics.

SD Korea SBP-20 NS coupling Agents are chemically modified compatibilizer with MA, maleic anhydride which is organic chemicals as active functional component. Its function helps increasing compatibility when co-mixing and co-extruding with non-compatible plastic resin. Finally homogeneous material is produced by SBP coupling agent. It is called compatibilizer or coupling agent and in some case it is called bonding agent.

Silane coupling agent Crosile®1891 is a colorless clear liquid with light typical odor and soluble easily in ethyl alcohol, acetone,benzene, toluene etc. Insoluble in water.

Anhui Taichang Chemical Titanate Coupling Agent TC-27is a multiplex monoalkoxy titanate which has the dispersion as phosphate ester and coupling property as titanate. This product is similar to KR-12 made by Kenrich Chemical Company, USA. It is good surface active agent for pigment and has excellent dispersion property (especially to carbon black).

Crosile®792 is N-2-(Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. It is an amino functionalized silane coupling agent. The individual molecules contain two types of reactive functional groups that are amino group and alkoxy group characterized by different reactivity thus bonding with both organic and inorganic materials. It acts as a sort of intermediary which bonds organic materials to inorganic materials.
