Product Highlights

Libaid T-2 has sites available for hydrogen bonding and is therefore able to act as a physical coupling agent between polymer systems and a range of filler materials. This permits Libaid T-2 to act as an efficient blending or dispersing agent in highly filled systems, providing a more uniform and homogenous initial mix.

Advantages

ADVANTAGES OF USE OF LIBAID T-2 IN MINERAL FILLED POLYOLEFIN COMPOUNDS :

  • Improves flow at processing temperatures.
  • Better dispersion of fillers and additives.
  • Reduced and Uniform mold shrinkage.
  • Better Surface appearance.
  • Easier mold release in many systems including.
  • TPE systems. Non-blooming properties permit printing.

ADVANTAGES OF USE OF LIBAID T-2 IN color MASTERBATCHES :

  • Better compatibility with all olefinic thermoplastics.
  • Improves dispersion properties of hard to disperse organic and inorganic pigments.
  • Allows high pigment loading with improved dispersion properties.
  • Better surface finish to pellets.
