Libaid T-2 has sites available for hydrogen bonding and is therefore able to act as a physical coupling agent between polymer systems and a range of filler materials. This permits Libaid T-2 to act as an efficient blending or dispersing agent in highly filled systems, providing a more uniform and homogenous initial mix.
- Advantages
ADVANTAGES OF USE OF LIBAID T-2 IN MINERAL FILLED POLYOLEFIN COMPOUNDS :
- Improves flow at processing temperatures.
- Better dispersion of fillers and additives.
- Reduced and Uniform mold shrinkage.
- Better Surface appearance.
- Easier mold release in many systems including.
- TPE systems. Non-blooming properties permit printing.
ADVANTAGES OF USE OF LIBAID T-2 IN color MASTERBATCHES :
- Better compatibility with all olefinic thermoplastics.
- Improves dispersion properties of hard to disperse organic and inorganic pigments.
- Allows high pigment loading with improved dispersion properties.
- Better surface finish to pellets.
