Dragonsorb® 3039 is a liquid UV absorber with a stable morphology. It has good compatibility with all common plasticizers. This product is especially suitable for the stabilizers of PVC-P and PVC plastisol. It can also be used in polyurethane (PUR), polyester, polymethacrylate (PMMA), and other materials to improve the weatherability of the materials under UV conditions.

Dragonsorb® 320 is a highly effective light stabilizer that features strong UV absorption, low volatility, and excellent compatibility with a variety of substrates. It protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation, which helps preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of molded articles, films, sheets, and fibers during outdoor weathering. This product is slightly more discoloring than conventional UV absorbers. It can be used for a variety of plastics and other organic substrates, including unsaturated polyesters, PVC, and PVC plastisol. Additionally, good results are expected when this product is used in polycarbonates, polyurethanes, polyamides, and synthetic fibers, particularly those with a polyester, epoxy, or isocyanate resin base.

Dragonsorb® 1 is a highly efficient liquid-type UV absorber with an effective UV absorption range of 240 - 350nm. It has excellent light stability for polyurethane products like flexible foam, rigid foam, elastomers, artificial leather adhesives, coatings, etc. It prevents aging and improves color stability to prolong the service life of the products.

Dragonsorb® B75 is a mixture of an antioxidant, a benzotriazole-type ultraviolet absorber, and a hindered amine light stabilizer. This product is suitable for rim polyurethane and TPU, as well as sealants and adhesives. It has good applications in waterproof canvas, floors, and polyurethane coating in synthetic leather.

Dragonsorb® 765 is a UV absorber and light stabilizer that is mainly used for polyethylenes (PE), polypropylenes (PP), polyesters, and coatings.

Dragonsorb® 234 is a highly effective UV absorber for polymers that are usually processed at high temperatures. These polymers include polycarbonate, polyesters, polyacetal, polyamides, polyphenylene sulfide, ABS compounding, polyphenylene oxide, aromatic copolymers, thermoplastic polyurethane, and polyurethane fibers.

Dragonsorb® 3630 is a UV absorber having maximum thermal stability and minimum volatility. Therefore, it can be used to stabilize polymers with high extrusion temperatures. Besides PA and PET, Dragonsorb® 3630 is especially suitable for stabilizing polycarbonates due to its good compatibility with the production process and excellent stabilizing effect.

Dragonsorb® 944 imparts excellent light stability in polyolefins (PP, PE, and PVC), PA, polyacetals, and polyester. This product shows excellent compatibility and high resistance to extraction. When used with other HALS, it has an excellent synergistic effect. In addition, it can be used in food packaging materials. HALS944 is now one of the most advanced HALS that is widely used both at home and abroad. 

Flyadd® AY20 is a liquid-type compounded anti-yellowing agent that can increase the thermal resistance and anti-aging properties of PU products. This highly efficient product has excellent anti-thermal oxygen and ultraviolet absorption functions and can effectively inhibit the yellowing caused by high-temperature processing or ultraviolet light.

Dragonsorb® 328 is an excellent ultraviolet absorbent with a UVmax of 345nm. It has good polymer solubility and low volatility and is mainly used for PE, PP, PS, PVC, polyester, ABS, and so on. This pale yellowish powder has a melting point of 81°C and is soluble in benzene, toluene, ethyl acetate, and petroleum ether; slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol and methyl alcohol; and insoluble in water.

Dragonsorb® 111 functions as a UV absorber. This slightly yellow solid is a blend of Dragonsorb® 119 and Dragonsorb® 622 which are light stabilizers compatible with polymers such as polyethylenes (PE), thermoplastic polyolefins (TPO), polypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), etc.

Dragonsorb® 81 is a benzophenone-type UV absorber that is widely used in polyolefin and other polymers such as plasticized PVC and rubber products. It is mainly used in LDPE and LLDPE agricultural films, EVA copolymers, and HDPE injection products, such as turnover boxes, to slow down the degradation of products caused by exposure to sunlight. At the same time, it can be used as a UV shielding agent to protect the contents of industrial products and consumer packaging materials. In addition, it can have a synergistic effect with antioxidants and light stabilizers.

Dragonsorb® 571 has good thermal stability and compatibility with various polymers. It can be widely used in thermoplastic PUR, coatings, and foam materials. It can also be used for rigid and plastic PVC, PVB, PMMA, PVDC, EVOH, EVA, heat-curing unsaturated resin and PA, PET and EVA rolls, and fiber. This product is also suitable for latex, wax, adhesives, homogeneous polystyrene and its copolymers, elastomers, and polyolefins.

Dragonsorb® 329 is an effective anti-aging agent with excellent performance. It is soluble in benzene, styrene, and ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in ethanol, and insoluble in water. This substance can absorb UV light of 270 - 340nm and is widely used in PE, PVC, PP, PS, PC, polypropylene fiber, ABS resin, epoxy resin, resin fiber, and vinyl acetate. It can also be used in plastic containers, food packaging boxes, and other packaging materials, providing them with a good light stability effect. The recommended dosage is 0.1% - 0.5%, and for thick products, it is 0.05 - 0.2%.

Dragonsorb® PR-25 is a highly effective UV absorber. This white crystalline powdered provides excellent UV stability to ABS, PA, PET, PC, PS, and PVC.

Dragonsorb® 1577 is a UV absorber whose applications include polyalkene terephthalates and naphthalates, linear and branched polycarbonates, modified polyphenylene ether compounds, and various high-performance plastics. Relevant applications also include the use of homo-, co-, or terpolymer structural compositions in thermoplastic materials. The use of this product is indicated in polymer blends and alloys, such as PC/ABS, PC/PBT, PPE/IPS, PPE/PA, and copolymers, as well as in reinforced, filled, and/or flame-retardant compounds, which can be transparent, translucent, and/or pigmented. Due to its very low chelating tendency, formulations in polymers containing catalyst residues are possible.

Dragonsorb® 360 is a dimeric 2-hydroxy benzotriazole UV absorber used in a variety of polymers and resin compositions. This product has very low volatility and high thermostability. It can be used in polyacrylic resin, polyalkene, polyamide, and elastoplastic goods with good compatibility and higher UV absorbability. This yellowish powder is insoluble in water, and soluble in esters and benzoid solvents. It shows a synergistic effect when used with other additives such as antioxidants.

Dragonsorb® 3030 is a UV absorber having maximal thermal stability and minimal volatility. Therefore, it can be used to stabilize polymers with high extrusion temperatures. Besides PA and PET, Dragonsorb® 3030 is especially suitable for stabilizing polycarbonates due to its good compatibility with the production process and excellent stabilizing effect.

Dragonsorb® 1164 is a highly effective UV absorber that is suitable for nylon and other engineering plastics.

Dragonsorb® 2908 is a highly effective UV absorber for polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene.

Dragonsorb® 120 is a sterically hindered hydroxybenzoate UV absorber, which converts UV radiation into heat energy through reversible chemical rearrangement. When compared to benzotriazole UV absorbers, it can provide excellent initial color and has a synergistic effect with hindered amine light stabilizer. It can be used with a hindered phenol antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, and a hindered amine light stabilizer at the same time to improve the weatherability of outdoor products. It can also be used simultaneously with benzotriazole UV absorbers to improve the weatherability of products, such as TPO car bumpers. The recommended use level of this product in PP, PE, TPO, PVC, EVA, unsaturated polyester, and ABS is 0.20 - 1.0%.

Dragonsorb® 327 is a UV absorber that can strongly absorb 270 ~ 400nm ultraviolet light with low volatility and good chemical stability. The combination of the ultraviolet absorber 327 and an antioxidant has an obvious synergistic effect. This product has excellent heat resistance and washing resistance. It has good compatibility with polyolefin and is suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, polymethylmethacrylate, polyformaldehyde, polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, ABS, epoxy resin, cellulose resin, etc. The recommended dosage level of this product in plastic is generally 0.3 - 0.5%.

Dragonsorb® 326 is an important ultraviolet absorber of the benzotriazole series. This slightly yellow UV absorber is non-toxic and has good stability. It has higher absorbency for ultraviolet rays and is widely used for photosensitive materials, polymerized materials, coatings, and so on.

Dragonsorb® 3853S functions as a UV absorber. This white or off-white granulated product finds application in the manufacture of PE tapes, injection moldings, sheets, metallocene, PP films, tapes, fibers, TPO polyacetals, ASA, ABS, and HIPS.

Dragonsorb® BP6 is a kind of water-soluble, neutral, broad-spectrum benzophenone ultraviolet absorber. It has a high absorption efficiency, is non-toxic, has no teratogenic side effects, and has good light and thermal stability. At present, it is the most commonly used light stabilizer, which can strongly and selectively absorb high-energy ultraviolet light and conduct energy conversion in the form of thermal energy. This substance is mainly used in water-soluble chemical sunscreens, sunscreens, and emulsions. It can improve the color durability of dyed textiles, prevent wool textiles from yellowing and synthetic fiber fabrics from fading, and can also be used in hair gel, mousse, and other hair products to prevent hair damage such as graying of hair caused by ultraviolet radiation.

Dragonsorb® 3346 is a UV absorber that offers minimal color contribution. This product has low volatility and very good compatibility with other HALS and UVAs. It possesses a good solubility/migration balance and is mainly used in non-food consumer packaging such as PE and PP films.

Dragonsorb® 3853PP5 is a UV absorber that is mainly used for the following applications: Polyethylene (PE): Flat wire, injection molding, and roll molding products. Polypropylene (PP): Flat wire, film, injection molding products, TPO, polyolefin alloy, hips, ABS, and ASA.

Dragonsorb® 1084 is mainly used in polyethylene greenhouse films and agricultural films. It has strong compatibility with polyolefin products, and when used in polyethylene agricultural films and polypropylene artificial turfs, it has high stability. This product has high pesticide and acid resistance and is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene fiber, artificial turf, and other fields. Additionally, it can be used with other forms of stabilizers, especially UV absorbers.

Dragonsorb® P is an ultraviolet absorption agent with a maximum absorption wavelength of 270 - 380nm. It is available for polyester, epoxy, cellulose acetate, PVC, polystyrene, plexiglass, polyacrylonitrile resin, etc. The general consumption of this product is 0.1 - 0.5% for thin matter and 0.05 - 0.2% for thick matter.

Dragonsorb® 928 functions as a UV absorber. This product is compatible with polyamides.

Dragonsorb® 384-2 has good thermal stability and compatibility with various polymers. This product can be used in automotive coatings and general industrial coatings, such as coil coatings and wood coatings. It can be used in combination with hindered amine light stabilizers, such as Dragonsorb® 292 or Dragonsorb® 123. The synergistic effect of these additives can provide better inhibition of yellowing, cracking, blistering, peeling, and extinction of coatings.

Dragonsorb® 3853 is a new hindered amine light stabilizer that is used in polyolefin plastic, polyurethane, ABS resin, coatings, adhesives, rubber, etc. This light yellow waxy solid has excellent light stability and the advantages of non-toxicity, low price, and cost-effectiveness.

Flyadd® AY2 is a highly efficient liquid-type compounded anti-yellowing agent, which can effectively absorb 240 - 330 nm UV light. It has better resistance to yellowing when compared to the traditional benzophenone type or benzotriazole type UV Absorber. It is widely used in polyurethane foam material for shoes, insoles foam, adhesives for shoes, and other materials. This product is particularly suitable for outdoor use.

Dragonsorb® 3035 has good compatibility with acrylic resin and can be used as a topcoat to improve the light resistance of the coating. As a UV absorber, this product is widely used in plastics, coatings, dyes, automotive glass, and cosmetics.

Dragonsorb® 196 is a highly efficient liquid-type UV absorber with an active UV absorbance wavelength in the range of 240 ~ 355 nm. Due to its excellent UV absorbing functionality, it can effectively restrain the yellowing of the material. This product is especially suitable for PU and epoxy materials.

KAFRIT UVA 60J783 PC is a polycarbonate with a UV cap layer. Most PC sheets are protected by a thin co-extruded layer (cap layer). This layer is based on PC resin enriched with a high level of UV absorbers. The recommended layer thickness takes into consideration the layer erosion over the service life and the UV additive optical density, ensuring that no harmful UV light will penetrate the cap layer and damage the unprotected polycarbonate. This product is specifically designed for MW sheets and panels, and it performs optimally at low linear speeds.
