Sylvin Technologies Sylvin™ 8377-75UV Black is a RoHS & reach compliant, vinyl compound formulated for vinyl coated nylon yarns for braiding harness type constructions of electrical wiring systems.

Sylvin™ 83028-90 Orange 5112 is a vinyl compound formulated for extruded yarn coating applications that require higher heat resistance.

Makrostab® UV 2002 are stabilizer masterbatches used for increasing the UV stability of polymer. Their application is recommended in all cases where the basic stabilization from the resin producer is insufficient for a given application. The MAKROSTAB® masterbatches represent a simple and efficient solution to the additional stabilization of polymer at its last stage of conversion. They are successfully used in all processing technologies, e.g. injection and blow molding, tape extrusion or fiber production.

Lumitac® Lumitac® is an Ultra Low Density Polyethylene material. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America for blow molding, blown film, extrusion coating, injection molding, or laminating. Lotrene® LA 0710 is a low density polyethylene mainly recommended for the extrusion coating at high speed. It contains no additive.

Hanwha Solutions LDPE 963 is manufactured by autoclave process and designed for variety of extrusion coating application such as paper and Tarpaulin coating etc. LDPE 963 is well known for its excellent processability and high quality assurance. This product complies with U.S. FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 2.1.

Polyfill Technologies TiO2 White Masterbatch PT-2070 is manufactured by blending high quality TiO2 powder in polyethylene of high melt flow index in presence of additives like Antioxidant, Dispersing agent and Dessiccant. PT-2070 has been specially designed for Poly film, Injection Molding and Extrusion process.

POLYMER-E V18251 is an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin(EVA) for high-speed extrusion coating applications. POLYMER-E VI 8251 is ideal for thermal lamination film with BOPP PET substrate in printed or package product

Natur-Tec® BF3001J is a 100% biobased and biodegradable polymer resin compound designed to replace conventional plastic materials for extrusion coating applications. Natur-Tec® BF3001J is manufactured using sustainable and renewable resources, per the ASTM D6866 standard, which allows industry and consumers the opportunity to reduce or neutralize their carbon footprint. Natur-Tec® resins are engineered for high performance and can easily be processed on conventional manufacturing equipment while offering energy savings due to much lower processing temperatures. The BF3001J is designed to meet the requirements of international standards for compostable plastics such as ASTM D6400 (U.S.). Natur-Tec® extrusion coating resins provide good adhesion to paper, an excellent print surface and good heat seal strength. This coating material is suitable for food contact applications including both hot and cold applications. Please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet and the Processing Guide for specific handling and processing instructions.Natur-Tec® BF3001J can be used for coating paper and paperboards for the manufacture of disposable cups, plates and other food service ware items.

Sylvin™ 6231-90 Yellow 4202 is a vinyl compound formulated for extruded yarn coating applications that require superior flammability and chemical resistance.

Sylvin™ 6231-90 White 1587 is a vinyl compound formulated for yarn jacketing applications that require superior flammability and chemical resistance.

Characteristics: Control reologhy high melt flow rate narrow molecular weight distribution Homopolymer polypropylene, lot to lot consistency, with special additives package and high cleanness, to get stable spinning processability in low denier fiber at high speed, good gas fading resistant. Recommended for: Fabrication of Non woven fabrics by high speed Spunbond process, melt spinning of low denier fibers, extrusion coating of raffia woven fabrics, general purpose injection molding applications.

Sylvin™ 8376-92UV Yellow 4210 is a high performance RoHS & reach compliant vinyl compound formulated for vinyl coated nylon yarn applications.

Sylvin™ 8386-85 Black is a vinyl compound formulated for vinyl coated nylon yarns.

Yparex® 9207C is a family of maleic-anhydride-(MAH)-functionalised polyolefins. For each of its many application areas Yparex® has suitable grades. The grades are characterized by density and melt flow index, melting temperature and the level of functional groups. Functionality for the varying application range is also obtained by using a large array of different base polymers and production technologies. The materials are produced under the highest quality standards allowing no residual unbonded maleic anhydride in the final product.

BRALEN+ FB 4-31 is a film grade of low density polyethylene with good processability and optical properties. This grade is additives free.

Sylvin™ 8378-85 Green 3195 is a vinyl compound formulated for vinyl coated nylon yarns.

Nylene High viscosity, extrusion grade recommended for practically all types of extrusion including profile, film, and extrusion coating Especially recommended for flexible packaging where as a film or coating it is used for the outside layer in multi-ply film constructions Excellent melt flow and melt strength properties Optimum processing conditions should permit for a melt temperature of 550 - 575°F at the die.

NUC-3810 is Recommended for Extrusion Coating. EEA can be used at higher processing temperature than EVA because of its excellent thermal stability. And EEA has superior adhesiveness to paper and sealing properties than EVA. EVA, which has good sealing properties and high speed processability, is widely used as thermal lamination films. Additive free products without antioxidant can be used with peace of mind for food applications such as easy peel films.

EVATHENE® UE633 is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA) for use in injection molding and extrusion coating machine.

Sylvin™ 6231-90 Blue 8465 is a vinyl compound formulated for yarn jacketing applications that require superior flammability and chemical resistance.

GENERAL PURPOSE POLYSTYRENE GRADE 525 is used to manufacture medical and laboratory items, cups and jewel caskets. Its rheology of melt enables to coat cups,plates and other disposable dishware.

POLIMAXX®3375RM is a Random Copolymer Polypropylene for extrusion coating process with high flow characteristic. It is suitable for extrusion coating for woven bag and tarpaulin with good extrusion ability, good adhesive and high speed. It also meets the F.D.A. requirement in the code of federal regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.
