Three-Sixty Solutions is proud to offer the Solu-Cell family of bun stock cross linked foams and Solu-Cell rolls. Our bun line incorporates a complete range of low density and high density foams in both XLPE, EVA and co-poly blends.

HercuLean™ is an innovative structural foam that can replace wood in boat building, transportation and recreational vehicles, construction and more. This revolutionary product can inherently withstand common elements that break down wood. Unlike wood, HercuLean closed-cell foam does not splinter and is resistant to ultraviolet rays, moisture, mold, mildew, rot, and insects. Through our strategic partners’s fiber reinforced offerings and lamination capabilities, HercuLean foam acts as a key component of the TransCore™ composite “sandwich” panel, delivering an engineered solution as a replacement for wood-like products.

AcuLite® is a soft and pliable acoustic absorption material available in a number of different grades and thicknesses.

MP BLACK™ is a high rebound urethane foam absorbs shock, same as MP BLUE & TAN. That's it. No other orthosis material does it as well. According to the guys in the lab, when the weight-bearing foot strikes the floor, MP urethane matrix efficiently redistributes the wearer's kinetic energy, preventing it from returning up the leg, wreaking havoc on bones and tissues.

Ensolite® a closed-cell foam material made from a blend of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) and Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) It provides a broad range of compression densities. It is for applications in industrial gasketing, flotation insulation and athletic padding. It is a 3.5 to 9.0 pounds per cubic ft. closed-cell PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) foam. It can be used over a temperature range of -20°F to 250°F.

Accuflo™ is a chemically blown, open cell polyurethane foam that holds and distributes ink for marking and inking applications. Extremely tough and durable, Accuflo is unaffected by fluctuations in temperature and humidity, allowing it to maintain high strength and structural integrity in the most challenging conditions.

GraFlex® turns away from the use of harmful chemical retardants as an active ingredient in favor of a naturally occurring graphite by-product generated from carbon mining. Without sacrificing the comfort, durability, and resiliency you have come to expect, this heat resistant molded foam dramatically reduces the heat release, mass loss, smoke generation, and toxic gas emissions that typically radiate from fire. This is done through the expandable properties of the graphite, which grows to more than 100 times its original volume when exposed to heat and covers the entire burning surface with a “worm” like structure of expanded graphite.

MicroCell® is a chemically crosslinked polyolefin closed-cell foam available in 3" and 4" bun form with an extremely fine cell structure. It is easily skived to thinner thicknesses. This has taken the place of Voltek’s Minicel since it is no longer available in the U.S. Standard FMVSS-302 and Aviation F.A.R. 25.853 (A) vertical burn test.

INDUPHON® acoustic foam is a noise-absorbing material made of modified PUR foam.

GalFoam is manufactured in rolls using extrusion technology. GalFoam is developed and produced in-house.

Trymer® is a rigid polyurethane foam which is ideal for insulating properties for plumbing, watercraft, and duct work insulation. It can also be used as a fibrous glass support material. This foam is a polyisocyanurate, so it may also be referred to as Rigid Urethane "ISO". It is one of the lowest ambient k-factors among all foam insulations (0.19 BTU in/hr ft2 °F at 75°F mean temperature (0.027 W/m °C at 24°C)). It can be used over a broad temperature range from -297°F to 300°F (-183°C to 148°C).

MP Slow™ is a slow rebound urethane foam cushions fragile foot tissues. In fact, it's a go-to orthosis material for wound care, surgery and injured patients. Like memory foam, MP SLOW urethane foam has a slow recovery (slow rebound). The slow recovery is preferable when you want the foam to conform to the wearer like a cast or bandage. And like a bandage, MP SLOW's open cell matrix breathes, allowing tissues to stay dry and cool.

EthaFoam® is a resilient closed-cell foam construction. with outstanding recovery characteristics and ideal cushioning protection against impact. EthaFoam® protects products from a few pounds to hundreds. Dynamic cushioning performance in end caps, corner pads and load separators. EthaFoam® helps in blocking and bracing of delicate product. It is for products requiring a shock-absorbing, vibration dampening, insulation barrier and/or buoyancy component.
