Circa 1850® DEX Marine Grade Exterior Varnish is a clear, tough coating that protects and beautifies all exterior wood surfaces. Renewable plant oils combined with a unique polymerized tung oil formula to provide a breathable, water repellant surface. Rain and snow cannot penetrate the coating to damage the wood. However, because moisture can escape from the wood through the varnish, the wood resists rotting and the varnish is less likely to blister or crack. Total Ground™ Carbon Conductive Spray Paint 838AR is an economical conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with highly conductive carbon powder. It is smooth, durable, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT and PVA. It provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 838AR is excellent for creating grounded surfaces and in low frequency RFI shielding applications, such as pickup cavities on electric guitars. Silver Conductive Pen 842AR-P pen dispenses an acrylic lacquer pigmented with highly conductive silver flakes. The cured traces are durable and corrosion resistant. They adhere well to plastics and most electronic substrates. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs damaged traces on keyboards, game controllers, remote controls, mixing boards, and PCBs. It also creates conductive traces for prototyping, hobbies, or maker projects. It is great for making small connections in or between circuits, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It can also be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. 4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge. 838AR-P pen dispenses an acrylic lacquer pigmented with conductive carbon. The cured traces are durable and corrosion resistant. They adhere well to plastics and most electronic substrates. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs traces on keyboards, game controllers or remote controls. It is also good for making small connections, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It is great for drawing resistors too, and it can be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. Use this pen when high conductivity is not required. For applications requiring lower resistance, use the 841AR-P Nickel Conductive Pen or the 842AR-P Silver Conductive Pen.
