HANSA CARE 9180 ECO is a microemulsion of sugar-modified siloxane for use as an ingredient in home and car care applications. It may be used in floor cleaners and floor care products to impart protection against water damage without compromising their nonslip characteristics. This technology can also be used in fabric conditioners to provide enhanced softness and intensify fragrances.

HANSA CARE 7140 ECO is a silicone solution used as an ingredient for home and car care applications. These aminosiloxanes are modified siloxanes with nitrogen groups. The modification degree leads to optimal performance in aqueous or solvent-borne formulations for home and car care applications. These products are excellently suited for use in polishes, wax formulations, and drying aids in automatic or manual car washes. MARCOCO H202 SURFACE is a hydrogen peroxide and surfactant blend, multi-purpose cleaner concentrate, easily cut back for specific uses. However, it is essential to note that its chemical and temperature stability is subject to hydrolysis in acidic pH and high temperatures, making it unsuitable for use above 50°C. In summary, this detergent stands out for its versatile cleaning capabilities, solubility, foaming performance, and compatibility with water conditions, albeit with specific limitations in terms of pH and temperature.

Kemsurf DSA can also be used in the production of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) via emulsion polymerisation.

Lanphos PE36 is a powerful emulsifier that can be used across a wide range of polymer systems and more importantly is used as a primary emulsifier without the need for a secondary surfactant to stabilize the system. As a versatile emulsifier. this is the first choice for any formulator. As well as providing extremely small particle sizes it has an in-built stabilizer system to prevent re-agglomeration of polymer particles. Lanphos PE36 is supplied in the free acid form and is typically neutralized before use to produce the salt of choice for individual applications.

Lansurf AE37 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants, and exhibits good Oil/Water and Water/Oil emulsification, wetting and detergency.

Kemsurf ESD is an excellent detergent, it does not show a loss of detergency in brine or hard water. The good solubility characteristics make them especially useful for use in alkaline liquid formulations. It is excellent foaming agent. It shows a pronounced thickening with the addition of sodium chloride to a dilute solution. It is stable to hard water and has excellent lime soap dispersing properties, due to the calcium salt being soluble. Product is prone to hydrolysis in aqueous solution at acid pH and high temperatures (not suitable for use above 50°C).

Lansurf AE109W is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of 9 moles of ethylene oxide onto a 2-propyl heptanol base. This particular range of ethylene oxide offers a product with a wide range of applications especially for detergency and wetting. This product has good environmental profiling and is readily biodegradable.

Lanphos TEP4K is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid resulting in a product that is predominantly mono-ester. The main advantage of a phosphate ester over a conventional anionic is it’s excellent stability in high concentration of acid, alkali and electrolyte. Lanphos TEP4K is supplied in neutral form as a potassium salt and behaves as a hydrotrope for the solubilisation of both anionic and nonionic surfactants into high concentration of electrolyte.

Cola®Teric 2-COSF is a caprylic imidazoline derived amphoteric surfactant that provides excellent wetting, detergency, rinsibility, and effective hydrotroping properties in a wide range of electrolyte systems. This low to moderate foaming amphoteric is ideally suited for use in household and industrial cleaners, alkaline degreasers, transportation cleaners, and textile/carpet care formulations.
