Kauropal products are used in decorative overlay paper to impair higher gloss retention and better scratch resistance. These impregnating resins are also used to add functionality to furniture or finish foils & edge bending. They provide better wetting, higher flexibility, higher efficiency and higher hiding power for white decorative films. Kauropal resins are also used for laminate floorings, to enhance antistatic properties and to develop higher efficiency under unlimited shelf-life

20 Microns entered into the TiO2 space with its newest ultra-fine Buff Colored TiO2 branded “Glowtox”. It is a surface treated rutile Titanium Dioxide that is beige in color and offers comparable performance characteristics such as opacity to white titanium dioxide. It is a high purity micronized pigment and cost effective. In many products which require opacity and color but which do not have to be pure white, buff titanium dioxide can economically replace all or part of the titanium white or other expensive pigments that may be used. Glowtox Buff & BLK is a buff and dark gray color TiO2 and is in a pure rutile form. It has excellent stability which makes it ideal for use in high temperature applications. It can replace white TiO2 in darker shades and is recommended for use in variety of liquid epoxy coatings, sealants, underbody coating, epoxy grout, protective coating etc.

Fintac is a modified rosin which offers an excellent combination of oxidation and crystallization resistance. This product functions as a tackifier for SBR, natural rubber, butyl rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate and other polymers. It can be delivered in flaked and solid forms. Formulated in solvent-based and water-based adhesives, it exhibits no tendency to crystallize. It meets the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, under the following section: 175.105 Adhesives; 176.210 Defoaming Agents Used in the Manufacture of Paper and Paperboard; 177.2600 Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use.

Pergopak® organic matting agents and carriers are specialty products for the coatings, paint and agricultural industries. They deliver a good surface finish and soft feel effect that cannot be achieved with standard matting agents like silicas or waxes. Acronal® is a range water-based emulsions. Acronal® range for exterior paints covers styrene and pure acrylics which offer a very high durability against the influence of weathering. BTC’s range of Acronal® dispersions covers both selfcrosslinking and non selfcrosslinking dispersions. Poligen® wax types refer to pure waxes of oxidized polyethylene waxes or ethylene copolymers. Poligen® products are already emulsified waxes and are used for ready-to-formulate purposes. The oxidized ethylene polymers provide the property of emulsification and thus wax emulsions can be prepared. They are defined by their mechanical and physical properties. The chemical constitution is mainly different. Oxidized polyethylene waxes are of high hardness and higher molar mass.

Super Ester has better stability than our ester gum and general rosin esters. It is derived from a natural resin, rosin. This resin has a long history as a tackifier for adhesives.

Hercolyn resin, a methyl ester of hydrogenated rosin, is a light amber liquid resinous tackifier and plasticizer. Being hydrogenated, it has marked resistance to aging.
