Ilesol was founded in 2017 by two experts in pharmaceutical process engineering and optimization, medicinal plants extraction methods, active compounds isolation, hemp processing, cultivation, breeding, and optimization. In the first year, we were providing services for big industry players. We launched our first products in early 2018. From the start, we are committed to providing our clients with specifically formulated products. This business model made us 1st European cannabinoid à la carte company. Our core business is B2B CBD wholesale and white label CBD services. We offer a wide range of CBD/CBG products, intermediates, cosmetic ingredients, and consumer products. Kern Tec is an Austrian processor of fruit pits - especially of stone fruits such as apricot, plum and cherry. Inspired by agriculture and circular economy in Europe, fruit pits are a waste product - as for example in the juice industry. However, these largely undiscovered resources have a great potential because of their valuable ingredients. At Kern Tec, they are gently washed, dried and then separated into seeds and shells in order to unfold their maximum potential. Through continuous innovation, we are able to maintain our philosophy of zero waste. Our sustainable products are not only beneficial to the environment, but above all to our customers, who can rely on the highest quality and innovative products.

We only use carefully selected raw materials from fruit growers and processing companies. With our partly energy self-sufficient production, we are able to create regional products for the first time and thus bring a meaningful added value from which everyone along the value chain benefits.

The BelGioioso story began over a century ago when the great-grandfather of BelGioioso President, Errico Auricchio, founded a cheese company based on a philosophy of excellence. In 1979, Errico moved his family from Italy to America with the goal of continuing his great-grandfather’s legacy. He wanted to craft the best Italian cheeses in the United States.

When Errico came to America, he scoured the United States in search of the highest quality milk to begin his goal of making exceptional specialty cheeses. It was in Wisconsin, “America’s Dairyland”, that he found the dedicated farmers and abundant green pastures and corn fields that produce superior milk. Wisconsin milk was and still is simply unbeatable.

In addition to his immediate family, Errico also brought with him two master cheesemakers, Mauro and Gianni. To these gentlemen, making cheese isn’t a job, it’s a calling. They carry with them a strict focus on quality and an unending passion for crafting flavorful cheeses using artisan methods. Mauro & Gianni remain part of the BelGioioso family today and work tirelessly to share their wisdom with each new generation of cheesemakers.

Together, Errico, Mauro & Gianni began by making cheeses familiar to American consumers such as Provolone, Parmesan and Romano. Soon, consumers wanted more; new cheeses, new flavors and new aromas. Over time, we introduced cheeses previously unknown in America. Mascarpone, CreamyGorg®, Italico® and American Grana® have now become favorites. Today, BelGioioso manufactures, ages, packages and ships over twenty five varieties of specialty cheese with new cheeses continuously in development.

BelGioioso’s commitment to tradition and excellence carries with it the value of knowing how to make Italian cheeses just as they were long ago from recipes passed down by generations. As the company has grown, the passion for tradition and quality has never diminished.
