SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N1900 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N1900 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *this grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N190 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature. CHT Group QSil 553 is a 2-component silicone elastomer system specially designed for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. It offers good protection against chemicals, environmental contamination, mechanical shock, vibration, and impact damage. It can be employed in areas where low flammability is a prerequisite. The cured elastomer can be repaired. The component parts have relatively low viscosities and are readily mixed, either by hand or machine.

CHT Group AS1803 is a non-corrosive, neutral-cure, 1-part, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone adhesive sealant. It is one in a range of acetone-cure products that are solvent-free. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and cures rapidly at room temperature to form a tough rubber when in contact with atmospheric moisture.
