LESTAC TR100 is terprene resin, also known as polyterprene resin,a pale yellow granular thermoplastic resin obtained from mainly terprene feedstocks either from wood sources or from citrus fruits, by the use of turpentine and α pinene and β pinene, in the role of aluminum trichloride catalyst. The major usages are tackifier for pressure sensitive adhesive, because of its well balanced PSA properties such as tackness, adhesive strength and cohesive strength. ULTRA-PLAST™ TPO6 is predominantly used as a slip agent in PE-films. This is due to migration and formation of a microscopic coating on the film surface.
