PEXIDAN® R/T is a low density XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-009. Mixed in the proper proportions (95/5) the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® R/T is listed with the Canadian Standards Association for use in RW-90 and RWU-90 XLPE applications and rated to -40ºC. PEXIDAN® R/T is non-flame-retardant, halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.

Insulation made with PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is rated to -40ºC and may be marked Sunlight Resistant (“-SR”) in all colors and in all sizes per CSA C22.2 No. 38. PEXIDAN® HF SX545 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41.

PEXIDAN® HF X/T is a unique low smoke halogen free flame retardant 90°C wet-rated XL-insulation system curable by moisture. It consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound SX651 and a catalyst masterbatch CM540U. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95:5), the two components result in a material that is crosslinkable by exposure to 90°C hot water. PEXIDAN® HF X/T is REACH and RoHS-compliant and is UL 2885 certified to bear the Halogen Free “HF” designation. PEXIDAN® HF X/T is UL-bulletinized and wire made with this insulation system may be marked as Oil Resistant “PR I” and “PR II”, Gas & Oil Resistant “GR I” and “GR II”, “-40C” and “SUNRES” in all colors. This compound will meet a 105°C dry rating.

THERMODAN® HF TP832NUT has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables sheathed with TP832 have received LPCB approval.

PEXIDAN® HF SX559 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U in a ratio of 97:3 to 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX559 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1, EN 50525-3-41 or other insulation or sheathing applications where high fire retardancy is required. Good CPR performance.

PEXIDAN® V/T is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silanegrafted base compound A-3001 and a flame-retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-010FR. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (50/50), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to hot water. PEXIDAN® V/T is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

THERMODAN® HF TP812 has been developed specially to offer good processability, fast extrusion process with very low die drool. TP812 is capable of meeting the flame retardant requirements of UL 1666, UL 1685, IEEE 1202, FT-4 in specific fiber optic constructions. It is also recognized as halogen free under UL 2885. It can be extruded using PVC extruders and screws. It possesses excellent tensile and flame retardant properties and meets the requirements of limited toxic and corrosive fume emission

THERMODAN® HF TP870B has been developed specially to meet general requirements of BS 7655 Section 6.1 type LTS 1.

THERMODAN® HF TP851 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of cable specifications BS 7629, BS 6387 CWZ, BS EN 50200, BS 8434-2 & BS 5839-1 Clause 26.2 PH120 Enhanced. TP851 complies with LTS3 in BS 7655.

PEXIDAN® SX408 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. If high thermal aging is required, than CM493 should be used instead. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

PEXIDAN® X/T-UV2 is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a flame-retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-047FR-UV2. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions, the two-component system results in a material curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® X/T-UV2 is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant. Insulation may be marked SUNRES or SR in all colors and in all sizes per UL44 and UL4703. This product is also CSA-listed to CSA C22.2 #38 for RW90, RWU90, RPV90 RPVU90 and CIC, and ‘SR’ and -40C rated.

Marshall Additive Technologies FSD479 is an antimony free proprietary inorganic blend flame retardant synergist for use with halogen based flame retardant polymer compounds where Zinc Hydroxy Stannate is used as the primary synergist. It allows the formulator to reduce the amount of the expensive Zinc Hydroxy Stannate while retaining flammability performance and hence provide an overall cost saving. This product is applicable to PVC, CPE, and a wide range of polymer systems where the flame retardant is bromine or chlorine based.

EVATHENE® UE3312 is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA) for use in foam injection and compression molding machine.

PanTINT® 70 and 72 Series are concentrated pigment dispersions in a plasticizer base. Compatible with a wide range of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin formulations for thermoplastic applications.
