Richon® Antioxidant 3100 is used in Rubber auxiliary agents. An antioxidant which is particularly good in neoprene. It can be used in tire industry as well as many other rubber products. Its performance of anti-ozone, anti-scratch and anti-cracking is far better than antioxidant A and D. DTPD has good long-term performance especially used with the antioxidant 4020 or 4010NA 1:1. Its greatly increased solubility in rubber and the much lower blooming allow a greater using amount. It has little influence on vulcanization and scorch. Its resistance to toxic metal is strongest and its time playing protective effect is longest so that it is particularly fit to applied to demanding truck tires, off-road tires and radial tires and bias tires. It can completely change the defect of red tire result from the application of antioxidant 4010NA and 4020..

Mercapto silane for sulfur cured rubber compounds which are containing silica, clays or metal hydroxides as filler. It is suitable for all elastomers and recommended to use if an improvement of technical results, such as tear strength, modulus, compression set or abrasion is required.

Mercure F and its combinations with booster accelerators are widely used in NR, SBR, NR-SBR / BR blends, NBR based rubber compounds used for the manufacture of rubber products such as cycle tires (black ” colored), footwear products, hot air cured rubber products, cables, rubber rollers, ebonite etc.

FR 64/66SC is a higher melting point product in our fully refined paraffin line. FR 64/66SC meets FDA requirement 21 CFR 172.886. It is a translucent crystalline material in solid state and is a water white, low viscosity, clear liquid when molten. It has excellent gloss and water repellent properties. Its resistance to most alkali and acids is good. Its oil content controlled at or below 0.5% ensures that this product will not stain coated materials.

Orient Black® N347 is a medium surface area and high structure reinforcing filler grade offers moderate tensile strength and excellent processing characteristics.

Nurcacit DOTG PDR is suitable for NR, SNR, IIR, IR, SBR, NBR and CR. Seldom uses alone, commonly with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and sulphenamides to promote its activity, This product is a plastic-decomposing agent in CR. However, this product is not suitable for food-related products or medical products.

Banac MOR has chemical composition of N-Oxydiethylene 2-benzothiazole sulfenamide and used as an accelerator.

MB is a Rubber Antioxidant.

Mediaplast 650 A is a synthetic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene (bi- and trialkylated aromatics), which is especially recommended for the use in elastomers with low polarity like NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M, etc. The compatibility with rubber compounds containing strong polar elastomers, like nitrile rubber for example, is low.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 3000 improves the building tack of synthetic rubber compounds, particularly for NBR applications. It improves dispersion of fillers and softens the compound. The reduction of viscosity assists down line processing, in particular milling and calendering.

This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting

Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Group Antioxidant SG-R 601 has good anti-oxidation performance. It has both anti-oxidation as HALS has， and noncontamination as phenolic antioxidant has. It is widely used in natural or synthetic rubbers to replace antioxidants with contamination and toxicity. SG-R 601 is a highly effective, nontoxic, low cost rubber antioxidant, has excellent heat and oxidation resistance, can improve fatigue damage of crosslinked rubber under many cycles flexible distortion condition, and has good synergistic effect with antioxidant RD, 4010 to improve aging resistance and tear resistance, so it is used in manufacturing many kinds of rubber products such as tires, rubber hoses, rubber belts, rubber shoes and latex products. The common dosage is 1%-3%. It can also be applied to colored products of polyethylene, polyamide, polypropylene and cellulose. SG-R 601 also acts as stabilizer for various synthetic rubbers, the dosage is 0.5%~1.5%. In view of its poor anti-sunlight performance, it should be avoided to be used under sunlight.
