Hyperlite EST is a hydrophobic and easy dry technology multifunctional extender. Adopting a surface modification called salinization which creates chemically bonding water-repellent molecules to the surface, it is an easy dry multi-functional extender that helps to prevent water penetration in pores & help fill the cavity in the capillaries and is cost-effective as it helps to partially replace your costly silicon resin in the system.

Micron Carb is our range of calcium carbonate ranging from 1µ - 63µ. It can be used as a filler pigment, making possible the production of a whiter, higher quality pigment than other minerals. It is also used in various adhesives and sealants as a whitening agent, improving gap-filling properties in the formulation.

These products replace Zinc Oxide 100% as an activator for rubber. Last but not the least these are techno commercially and immensely beneficial as compared to conventional white seal and active products. Bentonite is a natural occurrence material dominantly the Clay Mineral Montmorillonite. It is having a layered structure that possesses High Swelling properties and High Cation exchange capacities. When in contact with water it expands up to Twenty to Forty times its dry volume. Depending upon the dominant exchangeable cations present the clay may be referred as Calcium Bentonite or Sodium Bentonite, the two varieties exhibiting different properties and thus, uses. There are three main characteristics of Bentonite that make it commercially useful. They include Thixotropy, Swelling, and Adsorption.

Our Calcined Clay - Hyperlink 66 is calcined metakaolin produced by removing chemically bound water from the crystal structure. This Calcined clay is brighter than most water-washed clays, offering excellent processing and reinforcement in rubber application.
