We are engaged in the development and production of these materials and final products, focusing primarily on special and demanding applications. Every year we come to the market with at least two new products or significant innovations and most of our products come from our own development, or it is based on cooperation with research institutes or universities.

5M sro was founded in 1992 as a fully private and purely Czech company. The company's founders have been dealing with the issue of gluing, composites and sandwiches for many years before in the aerospace industry, so the continuity of development and production has lasted for more than 20 years.

From humble beginnings, the company has gradually grown to its current form, when we have 250 employees, 5,000 m 2 of production area, newly built production halls and, last but not least, our own development and laboratory - the vision, strategy and mission of our company."

Letoxit® LFX 023 is applied for production of laminated segments reinforced with glass, carbon or kevlar fibers. Usage - parts of airplanes, sailplanes, sport boats, carriage body.

Letoxit® LFX 162 is applied for production of laminated segments reinforced with glass, carbon or kevlar fibers. Used in - parts of airplanes, sailplanes, sport boats, carriage body etc.

Letoxit® LFX 162

Epoxy resin in the form of foil is designed for patent Letoxit Foil Technology (LF Technology). LF Technology is a dry lamination technique, which is suitable especially for production of laminate structures with exactly defined reinforcement and resin content. If it is necessary to increase the amount of resin in a certain place, it is also possible to combine epoxy resin Letoxit Foil with prepregs. Letoxit® LFX 035 can be applied for all types of reinforcement. Various types of glass, carbon or Kevlar fabrics or their combinations are mostly used. Unidirectionally oriented reinforcements or 3D fabrics can be used, too. LFX 035 is suitable especially for production of sandwich structures and honeycomb constructions. The produced laminate has very good mechanical properties under stress in temperature range from -75°C to +110°C. Therefore it is used for manufacturing of aircraft parts and transport vehicles.

The Letoxit foil isparticularly suitable for interiors of busses, trains and aircrafts. The sandwich made of Letoxit® LFX 062, glass fabric and nomex honeycomb used for train interior panels was tested accordingto DIN 5510-2 (S4,SR2, ST2).
