1. Buffer the water in the vessel before all other procedure instructions.
2. Add 0.005% Citric Acid to the water and adjust the pH to 6.5--7.5 with NaOH.
3. Add the rest of ingredients in phase B.
4. Heat phases A and B separately to 75°C.
5. Add phase A into phase B while stirring.
6. Homogenise.
7. Cool to 60°C while stirring.
8. Premix phase C and add to merged phase (A+B) while stirring.
9. Cool to 40°C while stirring.
10. Add phase D while stirring.
11. Cool to 30°C while stirring.
12. Adjust pH.
13. While the product is thick, adjust the pH once more to 6.5--7.0.
