- Blend phase A and begin heating to 80°C.
- Add phase B ingredients one at a time to hot phase A and stir vigorously until a gel is formed.
- Heat phase C to 80°C and mix until melted and homogenous.
- Add phase C to merged phase (A+B) while mixing.
- Homogenize.
- Cool to 30°C while stirring.
- Add phase D ingredients one at a time.
- Slowly add phase E while stirring.
- Add phase F and stir well.
