Technical Details & Test Data
- Reactivity
Andisil® 6665 Silane is reactive when exposed to moisture, with the minerals contained in concrete, masonry, and other substrates. Andisil® 6665 Silane can penetrate deeply into a substrate and then reacts to form a protective surface surrounding each microscopic particle. This protective surface is extremely durable and leads to significant improvements in weather resistance. Andisil® 6665 Silane is easily dissolved in organic solvents to form clear, colorless, stable solutions.
