Andisil® MVT 146

Andisil® MVT Products are additives for the improvement of mechanical properties in high phenyl containing systems. The mechanical properties of the unfilled RTV are rather poor, therefore the properties are improved with the addition of appropriate fillers i.e. Carbon black, fumed or precipitated silica and other fillers well known to formulators with expertise in compounding silicones. Andisil® MVT Products are comprised of vinylfunctional methyl phenyl silicone polymers and vinylfunctional TM-resins. The product group is beneficial in formulating filler free, transparent systems which require good mechanical properties. These products are used in addition curing formulations in conjunction with Andisil® 782 Cataylst and Andisil® XL 245 PT.
