Achema Ammonium nitrate N34.4

Achema Ammonium nitrate N34.4 provides plants with required amount of nitrogen, which is especially important during the period of intensive growth. Fertilization not only ensures effective growth and ripening, faster root development, rapid nutrient absorption, but also prevents leave yellowing. Nitrogen stimulates and regulates many vital plant growth processes. Plants fertilized with ammonium nitrate consume less water, contain more proteins and sugar, have longer vegetation period.

Packaging & Availability

Packaging Type
Transportation

As the ammonium nitrate produced by the manufacturer is pre-packaged at temperatures not exceeding 50ºC, the temperature of the ammonium nitrate delivered to the buyer can exceed the ambient temperature. When transporting ammonium nitrate pre-packaged in big bags of 500 kg by ships, it can be stored in bags stacked on top of each other in 10 rows for a short period (up to 9 days). If rain starts at the time of loading or unloading of ammonium nitrate on a ship, the hold of the vessel must be closed and the loading works must be stopped.

Packaging

500, 600, 1000 kg polypropylene sacks and bulk (mt). Labeling options are possible upon request.

Storage & Handling

Storage

Pre-packaged ammonium nitrate can be stored in closed, covered, dry, ventilated and clean warehouses or outdoors. It must be protected from direct sunlight, atmospheric precipitation, moisture (rain, snow; the bag must not be placed in water and water must not accumulate on the bag). Bulk ammonium nitrate may be stored in closed covered dry ventilated and clean warehouses. Bulk storage of ammonium nitrate outdoors is prohibited. On-farm bulk ammonium nitrate may be stored in silo towers or closed hoppers in accordance with the requirements of the “Guidance for the storage handling and transportation of solid mineral fertilizers” (2014) published by European Fertilizers Manufacturers Association (Fertilizers Europe).
