Achema Slow release nitrogen fertilizer „LITFERT StabillioN“

Achema Slow release nitrogen fertilizer „LITFERT StabillioN“ is well soluble, most concentrated nitrogen fertilizer with stabilizer which slows down nitrogen absorption. As a result, losses to atmosphere decreases and overall performance increases. Slow release nitrogen fertilizers could be used for main and additional fruit trees, berries, vegetables, winter and spring cereals, rapes, cultivated and non-cultivated soil fertilization. Performance of slow release fertilizers are not lower than ammonia nitrate. During hot and dry weather conditions, it is effective to fertilize with slow release fertilizer through the leaves, with concentration of 10 - 15%. In the later stages of plant development, application of slow release fertilizers through the leaves leads that grains accumulate more protein, gluten, improves other qualities. Spraying in fruit garden after post-harvest during leaf fall slow release fertilizer solution destroys pests eggs and pathogens.

Packaging & Availability

Packaging Type
Packaging

1000 kg polypropylene sacks.

Transportation
  • When transporting urea pre-packaged in big bags of 500 kg by ships, it can be stored in bags stacked on top of each other in 7 rows for a short period (up to 7 days).
  • When transporting urea not sprayed with the conditioning additive, packed in big bags of 500 kg by ship, it is not recommended to store it by stacking the bags on top of each other in 4 rows or more, as the urea sticks to pieces that crumble when pressed by hand.
  • If rain starts at the time of loading or unloading of urea and slow release fertilizers on a ship, the hold of the vessel must be closed and the loading works must be stopped.

Storage & Handling

Storage
  • Pre-packaged urea and slow release fertilizers can be stored in closed, dry, ventilated warehouses or outdoors, protected from direct sunlight, atmospheric precipitation, moisture (rain, snow; the bag must not be placed in water and water must not accumulate on the bag).
  • In dry storage, big bags of urea and slow release fertilizers can be stored in an upright position on pallets or directly on the floor with a cardboard or plastic film applied to protect the bags from smearing.
  • Bulk urea must be stored in closed, dry, ventilated warehouses. Bulk urea must not be stored outdoors.
  • The guaranteed shelf life of urea and slow release fertilizers stored in warehouses is 12 months from the date of manufacture, and 9 months from the date of manufacture when stored outdoors.
