ACI Plastics ABS General Purpose Sheet is easy to machine and fabricate, making it the ideal material for structural applications when impact resistance, strength, and stiffness are required. It is widely used for prototypes since it has excellent dimensional stability and is easy to paint and glue. Natural (beige) ABS and black ABS are FDA compliant for use in food processing applications.

ACI Plastics ABS General Purpose Sheet

ACI Plastics PTFE Regrind/Mechanical Sheet shows a remarkable chemical resistance and it is insoluble in all known solvents. It is attacked only by molten alkali metals and by fluorine at high temperatures. PTFE is a soft, low friction fluoropolymer with outstanding chemical resistance and weathering resistance. PTFE is a strong, waxy, tough, non-flammable synthetic resin produced by the polymerization of terafluoroethylene. PTFE is stable at temperatures up to 500ºF and it is often used in high temperature environments.

ACI Plastics HIPS Extruded Sheet is a low cost, tough plastic material that is easy to thermoform and fabricate. It is often used for: Retail display, Countertop point-of-purchase displays, Banners, and Indoor signs. High impact polystyrene can be assembled with mechanical fasteners, solvents, or adhesives. Printable grades of polystyrene can be decorated using a variety of printing methods including: Screen-printing, Offset lithography, Flexography.

ACI Plastics HIPS Extruded Sheet

ACI Plastics UHMW Virgin Sheet, also known as high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a high performance plastic. UHMW is a tough, wear resistant plastic that combines an incredibly low coefficient of friction with outstanding impact strength. This self-lubricating polymer has excellent chemical resistance and a broad temperature range making it the perfect choice for engineers in a variety of industries.

ACI Plastics UHMW Virgin Sheet

ACI Plastics HDPE General Purpose Sheet is used in a variety of applications and industries where excellent impact resistance, high tensile strength, low moisture absorption and chemical and corrosion resistance properties are required. It is available in both extruded and pressed sheets and rods. NSF Approved, HDPE Cutting Boards will not absorb bacteria, splinter, chip, swell, peel, rot, warp, bend and crack. Engineered for durability and safety their matte surface safely holds food in place without slipping and will not dull knives.
