ACP offers various sizes of commercial and aerospace grade Nomex honeycomb core and a commercial grade over-expanded honeycomb core. They exhibit high strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional stiffness and are very bondable. These are ideal for use in any structure which requires corrosion resistance and thermal insulation. We have a full-service manufacturing process which allows us to create custom panels for you, if you would like to find out if this would be a good option for your project or just want to find out more about a suitable core give us a call to discuss your project needs.

ACP Composites 1.25" Aramid Honeycomb Core - Standard Cell

ACP Composites Carbon Fiber Unidirectional Sheets offer maximum tensile and bending stiffness along a single axis. All of the fibers run in the zero direction or parallel to the length of the part. Our proprietary Autoclave curing process produces the most consistent carbon fiber sheets possible. Manufactured using 100% real carbon fiber fabric preimpregnated with high quality epoxy resin, these sheets are cured at high temperatures and pressure to ensure a strong, rigid product that cannot be reshaped after cured. Unlike a wet layup, our Autoclave curing process consistently yields flat, lightweight sheets with minimal voids, waves or buildups.

ACP Composites .187" Cell Aramid Honeycomb Core - Standard Cell

ACP Composites Fiberglass Sheets - Black are solid, high strength laminates consisting of fiberglass prepreg reinforced with high strength epoxy resin. They are FR4 grade fire retardant and can be safely substituted where G10 is called for. Fiberglass Sheets are Autoclave cured at high temperatures and pressure to ensure a strong, rigid product that cannot be re-shaped after cured. Unlike with a wet layup, Autoclave curing consistently yields flat, lighter weight sheets with minimal voids, waves or buildups.

ACP Composites Aramid Honeycomb Core -Over-Expanded Cell is a lightweight, high strength, nonmetallic honeycomb core material manufactured from aramid fiber paper with a 3/16" rectangular cell and a density of 3 pounds per cubic foot (PCF). The overexpanded cell shape allows the core to flex in one direction easily, making it suitable for forming simple curves. After the honeycomb is formed, it is coated with a heat resistant phenolic resin to increase its strength and thermal properties. Aramid Honeycomb exhibits high strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional stiffness and is very bondable.

ACP Composites Aramid Honeycomb Core -Over-Expanded Cell

ACP Composites 8.8 oz Fiberglass 8-Harness Satin Weave RTS Prepreg is a Satin Weave EGlass fabric impregnated with a thermosetting epoxy resin system. . It is storable at room temperatures and does not require freezer storage. With the long out life of the resin matrix, the carbon fiber prepreg can be shipped and handled at room temperatures. It is ideal for use when a long shelf life is desired, high-temperature capabilities are not required and controlled resin content is wanted.

Lantor Soric® LRC 2 is a flexible, low resin consumption honeycomb foam mat used to add structure and thickness to composite laminates. It absorbs approximately 20% less resin compared to the “Lantor Soric XF” 2MM Aero Mat resulting in a lighter finished product. The compression resistant hexagonal cell structure and resin flow channels make Aero-Mat ideal as a core material and infusion medium in one.

ACP Composites Carbon Fiber Twill Weave Veneers are an outstanding decorative laminate with a deep, glossy, three-dimensional finish ideally used in high-end decorative projects. Manufactured with a clear, resin-rich carbon-fiber prepreg these veneers deliver a smooth, low porosity laminate with a mirror-like finish without the need for a clear coat to enhance the appearance.

ACP Composites Carbon Fiber Twill Weave Veneers

ACP Composites Polyurethane Foam Core is a CFC-free, rigid, closed-cell, flame-retardant foam core and has a density of 6 pounds per cubic foot (PCF). It exhibits a high strength-to-weight ratio due to its cellular structure and cross-linked resin. Because of its closed-cell structure, Polyurethane Foam has great resistance to water absorption, and will not swell, crack, or split on exposure to water.
