ACP Composites Carbon Fiber Unidirectional Sheets

ACP Composites Carbon Fiber Unidirectional Sheets offer maximum tensile and bending stiffness along a single axis. All of the fibers run in the zero direction or parallel to the length of the part. Our proprietary Autoclave curing process produces the most consistent carbon fiber sheets possible. Manufactured using 100% real carbon fiber fabric preimpregnated with high quality epoxy resin, these sheets are cured at high temperatures and pressure to ensure a strong, rigid product that cannot be reshaped after cured. Unlike a wet layup, our Autoclave curing process consistently yields flat, lightweight sheets with minimal voids, waves or buildups.
