Acralock adhesives are capable of bonding a wide range of these materials either to themselves or cross bonded to a dissimilar substrate, with little to no preparation. Our formulations are designed to provide very tough and durable bonds with high shear strength and elongation properties. This makes Acralock adhesives the best choice for applications that need to withstand harsh environmental and shock load conditions. The rapid cure nature of these adhesives at room temperature substantially decreases the assembly process time and increase production."

ACRALOCK by Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC, are advanced two component methacrylate structural adhesives, designed to bond chemically to most surfaces, providing a permanently locked or integrated assembly of steel, aluminum, engineered plastics, high performance composites and other materials.

ACRALOCK

ACRALOCK® SA10-10A is base methacrylate adhesives. Formulated for use with an activator and mixed at 10:1 ratio. The SA10-10A is used for 10 minute, using ACT-1B. ACT-1B, ACT-2B or ACT-3B to provide working time options from 15 to 30 minutes. It is designed with low boiling tendencies and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA10-10A

ACRALOCK® SA10-07AW is base methacrylate adhesives. These base adhesives are UV stabilized and when used at a 10:1 mix ratio with either our bright white activator ACT-6B WHT or ACT-1-5B OWT activators. When cured this adhesive can provide a white cured color that has resistance to the effects of UV exposure. These adhesive products also provide high shear strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites, plastics, and metals.

ACRALOCK® SA10-07AW

ACRALOCK® HS1-05BBLK is a activator formulated to be mixed at 1:1 ratio with a single base adhesive, SA1-05A. This methacrylate adhesive combination has improved toughness properties to provide higher tear resistance. It will provide short or medium working time ranges to fit most production assembly requirements. These products are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces and will adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and most plastics.

ACRALOCK® HS1-05BBLK

ACRALOCK® SA1-500A is a single base methacrylate adhesive formulated to be used with 4 different activators. Used in 1:1 ratio; SA1-510B, SA1-530B, SA1-560B, or SA1-590B GRY activators will provide a very wide range of working time options and high gap filling capabilities. These products are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces and will adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics.

ACRALOCK® SA1-500A

ACRALOCK® SA1-300A is a versatile single base methacrylate adhesive formulated to be used in a 1:1 mix using formulations SA1-305B NAT and SA1-315B NAT, or a faster SA1-303A and SA1-303B NAT combination. The 300 series are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces and will adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics (see all notes on back).

ACRALOCK® SA1-300A

ACRALOCK® SA10-05A is base methacrylate adhesives. Formulated for use with an activator and mixed at 10:1 ratio. The SA10-05A is used for 5 minute, using ACT-1B. ACT-1B, ACT-2B or ACT-3B to provide working time options from 15 to 30 minutes. It is designed with low boiling tendencies and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA10-05A

ACRALOCK® SA10-100A is high viscosity based methacrylate adhesives. Formulated to use with several activators and mixed at a ratio of 10:1, for bulk dispensing. SA10-100A is used for a longer working time. By choosing from four different strength activators, the user can more readily dial into a specific working time range for specific assembly application requirements. These products are designed with high gap filling capabilities and high strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.

ACRALOCK® SA10-100A

ACRALOCK® SA1-05A is a single base methacrylate adhesive formulated to be used with different activators. Will provide a range of working times when mixed at a 1:1 ratio with SA1-05BNAT or SA1-15BNAT activators. The Component A can also be used with a few other Component B activators – either pigmented Gray activators or HS type activators. These products are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces and will adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and most plastics.

ACRALOCK® SA1-05A

ACRALOCK® SA10-20A is base methacrylate adhesives. Formulated for use with an activator and mixed at 10:1 ratio. SA10-20A can be used with faster or slower activators; ACT-1B, ACT-2B or ACT-3B to provide working time options from 15 to 30 minutes. It is designed with low boiling tendencies and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.
